They are outstanding. They are very responsive to your call, prompt for the service, and also the service men they send out are good at what they do.

The technician came by to get give us a quote, he was punctual and very courteous. He did not take long. We called him two days later to have the work done. He started on a Thursday and finished on Wednesday, he took five days. As he was doing the work he was taking great care to be sure to save the drywall openings so that they would be reinstalled after completion of the work. He worked alone and continuously. After he was done, he cleaned up the work area and made sure that everything worked like it was supposed to. I would recommend this company to someone else.

They did a lovely job and couldn't have been nicer. He was delightful.

The work was scheduled with Handyman Connection. They told me in advance that Matt would be the electrician doing the work. I was able to get an appointment within 2 business days and on a specific day I requested. Matt was late getting to the appointment because he got lost, but he called twice to let me know what happened and get more directions. The main office also called to make sure he had arrived. Matt has good electrical skills and experience. He was very polite, respectful and friendly. He did all the work with care, and afterward, showed me that everything was working correctly. He could have cleaned up a bit better. He explained that all Handyman Connection technicians have over 10 years of service in their field. Overall, this was a very positive experience, good quality work for a reasonable price, and I would call them again.

Steve from Handyman Connection came to give us a bid the next day after my call. He was prompt and courteous and we accepted the bid. He began the work the following week. We have been very pleased with the job but felt it took much longer than was necessary due to the fact that Handyman Connection only sent one person to do the work and then sent Steve out to do bids during our job.

I think they did a great job. Everything worked out well as far as the actual wiring was concerned. There was a little bit of confusion about the appointment time and I thought the price was a little bit high for the amount of work that was done.

The work went fine. They were very fast.

They were very good and prompt. They came out within the week to do the repairs. They cleaned up after themselves and left no nails behind. It was an overall great experience and I would recommend them.

Not very well so far. He said he would be here between 8-9am, showed up at 10am, left for two hour lunch at noon, worked 2-4pm (total four hours of work, not considering time spent on phone). When he left for the day, he left water outside running at full flow, it was 5:30 pm before I figured out why water pressure was so low. No idea how long water was going at that rate, at least 1.5 hours (350 gal, I measured the rate.) I had to leave the next day, my mother died, my wife paid $600 towards the bill, and we said we would call when we got back. Called, talked with Ron Scott (owner), he apologized for leaving water on, said he would compensate. We asked if would send someone else out that wouldn't kick at one of our dogs (which he did without knowing my wife happened to be watching), and Ron said no. I asked if Ron thought leaving the job at $600 was fair, he said yes(for 4 hours work!). As it stands, I have two choices...finish w/them, or get 4 hrs work for $600!

They did a great job taking out the old tile and the shower stall, replacing the shower pan, re-tiling and replacing the shower stall. They minimized the amount of tile that was replaced, and the grouting and caulking looked great.

Handyman was very gracious about schedule changes caused by horrible ordering mix-ups from the local (national chain) building supply company. This was a project without an architect and they made many helpful design suggestions. Very, very clean and courteous; every employee. Unfortunately we had lots of their contractors involved because of material delays and they were so tightly scheduled, they had to send out several substitute contractors (which went very smoothly).

This firm failed to include in the estimate the need to install the membrane to help to avoid future damage. Their bid was twice the price of the firm who did a more complete installation.

No problems encountered. Furniture and floor protected by plastic shroud. Work took about 3 hours.

Kevin from Handyman Connection is a total professional. He showed up exactly when promised, did the work more quickly than he estimated and gave me excellent advice when I was uncertain about how to handle the trim and other questions. He went above and beyond my expectations and I'm completely thrilled with the job he did. I'm always happy with anyone hired from Handyman Connection and would recommend the company in general. However, he was just terrific.

Excellent! They showed up exactly on time, even made some suggestions about how to do a job more efficiently than I had asked and also noted some exterior work to be done that I hadn't noticed.

We called the company a month ago and arranged a visit for cost estimates. We were surprised that they only quoted the labor charges (they don't purchase most of the material; you do). After the first estimate on the entire remodel, we decided to split the remodel into three different parts, and asked for re-estimates. That was done with no complaint! They also were very accommodating and allowed last-minute contract add-ons. They completed this round of the work in two visits, both lasting about three hours. The mirror removal went well, although one of the old sinks we were planning to replace was chipped as one of the huge pane mirrors gave way from the wall. The framed mirrors were much harder to hang and line up properly. The handyman mis-cut the framing around our medicine cabinets, so we had to run out and by replacement lumber. All in all, it went pretty well. There is no way we would have been able to line the mirrors up correctly on our own, so this was worth the expense.

Derek gave the estimate, we accepted and he went to work. He came in moved the furniture together in 3 clumps, and covered the furniture and the floors. I used 3 different colors and was very pleased with the finished product. The only glitch (beyond his control) was that the first wall color (off-white) bled through the lightest color he painted. We now have to have a 2nd coat put on that entire area.

The repairman came out, gave the estimate, I accepted the estimate, bought the materials, and he did the job. The whole thing took almost 3 weeks to complete since the tile was a special order to match the existing tile in 1 bathroom.

The work was never performed. The contractor showed up as scheduled, gave me a very high estimate, and was going to do the work immediately. Then he called his office and found he was scheduled for another job, so he said he would do the job the next day. Next day he called and said it looked like rain, so he said he would call me next week and reschedule. He never called back. I subsequently got an estimate for about 1/3 the price.

Ron who works for Handyman Connection was very competent. He was really thorough about what he was going to do, before I gave the okay on the work. I was given a range on the estimate, as in it will be between $260 and $285, no less, and no more. I was responsible for getting parts, he was really good about telling me exactly what I needed at Home Depot. He supplied little things like solder, plumbers tape and PVC glue that he had in his truck. When he dismantled the sink, he used some good parts from that to use in my kitchen sink repair. I really appreciated that. He was very much an engineer in solving the problems I had. It may have been more expensive labor wise than some, but it was quality work. They gave me a coupon on the second job I ordered which I also appreciated.

The company representative was on time and very polite. I showed him about 75% of the work that needed to be done, which was all plumbing. He, at that point, told me that all plumbing was outsourced, gave me a phone number for Apple Plumbing and told me to call them for the help that I needed.

What a disaster! The 1st person that came to estimate was professional and knowledgeable, but neither he or the contact person in the office mentioned that the quote was labor only and materials would need to be purchased. When he came promptly to do the work, doors and paint were not purchased. I was not home, so he left. The office person left a message saying we would be charged a full day of labor! Then the 1st person got hurt, and weeks went by before a 2nd person was sent out to do the work. He missed an appointment, finally did the work, but after being told to put a second coat of paint on the trim and agreeing to do so, didnt.

First appointment was no show (worker Michael scheduled with me and company had conflict). No one called to tell me. I had borrowed truck for the a.m.to buy a door & expected hed tell me what door to buy& Id get it while he did the other work. He was able to come in afternoon so I took chance & ran got door. He came did rest of work but I had to buy another door (slab) since knob/latches dont match. No show for 2nd and 3rd appts and 4th one he came and made error and told me hed buy me new door and come back the next day. Did not hear from him the next day. He rescheduled & decided he could fix his error and I agreed he could rather than buy me new door. He no showed the 6th appt.on the 7th appt he finished job. I do not live at work site. FOUR times went there for nothing, twice out of bed early for nothing. Worst part: neither he nor company offered any compensation for this 17-day experience. I did call company 4 times about the no shows.

Fast, courteous, responsive - and completed the job expertly. You pay for expertise and professionalism with Handyman Connection - it is a bit pricey - but well worth the peace of mind of a job well done.

THE HOUSE NEVER HAD GUTTERS BEFORE, SO THEY INSTALLED NEW GUTTERS AND LEADERS THROUGHOUT. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM WHEN EVER YOU NEED ANY HANDYMAN WORK DONE.
