Description of Work: This was for two unit A/C maintenance. Purchased silver level plan for the year - $524 for two inspections/maintenance -- 1 in spring and one in the fall. They were responsive on front end and arrived in the window that they advised to do the maintenance.

Description of Work: Replaced roof mounted HVAC system. They were prompt and met their stated schedule. The crew was professional, courteous, cleaned up thoroughly and wore shoe covers indoors. We wish the designer had explained more fully how the new unit would appear from the street: it is much taller and more obvious (unsightly) than the old one.
