I have not heard from them in 2 weeks after paying for the service call and waiting for a part they had to order. Phone calls to voice mail and they do not return the call. I already sent you an email to this effect with more details.

Hamilton did not repair my refrigerator. But they did come out and the man looked at it and said that it was the compressor which was covered under warranty and he was not licensed by LG to do warranty work so he referred me to them. He was very nice he came right away and I appreciated his honesty

Came quick on a Saturday and fixed it quickly. Also gave us some tips for other things and said he has people he trust for the things we need.

I booked an appointment for 4 days later, but got a call back the very same morning and that a tech could see me later that morning. Greg called and was nearby so he arrived even earlier, was very quick to find the reason my front load washer was leaving a puddle on the floor during the wash cycle and/or if the water supply was not turned off. He was able to locate the valve assembly at a parts supply nearby and have the washer repaired in a very efficient manner. I was impressed that he knew exactly what to look for, found it and the price of the repair was very reasonable. I will keep this company and this personable young man on my call back list and make referrals to friends.

BEWARE! Came out 4x s to fix problem....4th time he took dryer completely apart, then said he needed to get a part for it & could he leave it disassembled and would be back next day. Never showed up. Have called Hamiltons a number of times, only getting voicemail leaving msgs. Asking for a call back....NO RESPONSE! Its 2 weeks w/o my dryer! He took his $$ & ran. Wish I could leave a picture of the disassembled dryer he left us with! Very POOR way to run a business.....
