Recently gave this co. $8,000 and unable to get professional service. Emails they send are unable to respond to. They claim to send text message never recieved. I am disabled and trying to communicate some special needs for maintenance and being shut down .

They've managed my property in Tucson for years and helped me through deciding whether and when to sell. They got my property ready for the market in my absence, did the listing, and then took it well when I didn't get the offer I wanted and changed my mind about selling. It has been great to have their experience, efficiency, and flexibility and I would highly recommend to any landlord/seller, or renter/buyer, to consider developing a relationship with a company like Habitation that can handle your various and possibly changing needs. The current cost to me for property management is a flat monthly fee of $30 and 10% of rent. It is well worth it to have them handle the various issues that come up with an older home and tenants.

Alex Mastrangelo, broker and realtor with Habitation Realty, was an incredibly good agent, selling our mid-century house on the westside for a very good price in record time during this Pandemic. He was professional, inventive and listened to what we wished to do, helping us reach our goals.. He helped us with staging the house--hiring excellent people from the former Russell's Retro. (Alex is very savvy about Tucson's mid-century architecture and homes). We were hard clients who had gone back and forth about moving,selling, listing with an agent, for over two years. Packing up a home owned for over 20 years was an incredible challenge for both us and our agent. But Alex was unflappable and good-humored throughout. We listed at the beginning of the Pandemic and sold within a few months. If we hadn't had Alex as our very understanding and competent agent I would bet we would still be deciding whether to move or not. Now in our new home in Patagonia AZ we're so delighted to have had Alex's amazing help in making our move happen.

She worked hard with us for about nine months to find the right home, looking most weekends. She knows Tucson like the back of her hand, especially the historic neighborhoods (her specialty). She is has very good judgement--whenever we wanted to visit a property that she said wasn't worth it, and we went anyway, we realized that she was right. Whenever she recommended that we visit a property, it was a close fit for what we were looking for. When we visited the home that we ultimately bought, she said 'this is it' and she was right! She also has a good network of home-related providers in Tucson. She's helped us find great electricians, contractors, etc. Two years later we have no 'buyer's remorse.' She's a fabulous buyer's agent, and I can tell she is also an excellent seller's agent. I referred a family member to her, and they were also impressed by her professionalism and judgement, and they are also happy in the home she helped them find.

As a first time home buyer, I was somewhat hesitant going into this process, but Mike quickly won my confidence. He patiently explained each step of the process (including what to expect and look for in lenders, inspectors, title companies, etc.), made a point of going over every line of all the contracts and related documentation and never pressuring me into making a decision with which I was not fully comfortable. As a Tucsonan, born and bred, Mike knows the city well and was very helpful in looking at the smaller, older houses in Central Tucson in which I was interested. I learned a lot from him about not only the home-buying process, but also how to look at and assess houses. In negotiations, I felt Mike was extremely trustworthy and unstinting of his time and effort. He takes pride in providing a quality service to his clients regardless of the size of the commission they bring in. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I ever want to sell my house.
