Grey Colt Construction did an outstanding job. They arrived exactly when they said they would. evaluated the damage and what needed to be done and provided me an estimate on the spot. After getting estimates from two other companies I determined that Grey Colt offered the best value and asked them to do the work. Miguel came out to do the work on the date scheduled and did an outstanding job! There were no surprises, he did exactly what he said needed to be done in the time frame he quoted, the dry wall was installed to perfection, he matched the texture and paint perfectly and when the work was done, everything was cleaned up and put back in place. The wall looked great and you would never know there was ever any damage.

We had water damaged drywall from a leaking roof and window. Miguel Hinojosa gave us an estimate for repair that meshed perfectly with the estimate from the insurance company. He performed the work quickly and in a very responsive and professional manner. I would definitely use Grey Colt again, and would highly recommend him to others.

It went great! After looking over a month for someone to help with remodeling a room in my house and rejected multiple services, due to the high cost. I had almost lost all hope before I called Grey Colt Construction and talked to Miguel. I noticed right away Miguel was interested and I didn't even say what my budget was, but he offered to make a same day trip to inspect the room anyway. A personable service that was extremely appreciated, not even one of the other companies I had called offered to provide that kind of service; they just started shouting out prices and demanded to know my budget before they can send someone to inspect the room. When I had met Miguel and let him into my home he was respectful enough to not start quoting numbers their either, but rather started conversation with small talk and got to know me a little; and in vice versa I had learned that Miguel is a horse enthusiast and is how he thought of his company name. I told Miguel what I wanted done and he quoted me for just that; which would have only cost 150 dollars. He then went on making suggestions and explain to me about prices and quality, inspected for termites and even showed me some of his previous completed work as examples. Before you knew it I had a menu of items to choose from and felt great about the suggestions. Originally all I wanted was the holes fixed and the room painted white. I didn't even think about new texture, baseboards or the closet. However, Miguel had noticed the theme of my home and also the other rooms and suggested we keep that theme going but I had thought it would be more than 1,300 dollars to something like that (which is a quote I did receive from one other company). He suggested what if he could do it for half that amount? I said absolutely! After we set the date, Miguel got the job done within 2 days and the room looked amazing! The best part of all I didn't even have to lift a paintbrush or go to the hardware store my-self. I just enjoyed my weekend as I would normally. Grey Colt Construction did it all and were more than equipped for the job. All I had to do was mop up a little dust after the paint had dried. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to doing either remodeling or is in need of major home repair. They are personable, have incredible customer service and the quality of work they do is breath taking. Recently, I have been in contact with Miguel about doing repairs to the ceiling of my house, which he had noticed some water damage during the first inspection. Its great to know someone is looking out for you, thank you Grey Colt Construction.

The work required enclosing areas to prevent spread of possible mold that may have formed on the drywall. Miguel took all the preparatory steps to safely remove the damaged drywall and to contain it. The new drywall, which did not cover the entire ceiling looked like a continuation of the existing ceiling drywall, without marks, seems, or evidence of a patch. The drywall was textured appropriately and was left ready to be painted.

Miguel was wonderful. He helped me design my new pantry. His drywall work is excellent. Took great care to not damage any other areas of my kitchen and keep construction dust and debris at a minimum. He installed electrical outlets in the pantry, and repaired some damage from a previous remodel. Remodels can turn into a disaster if you are not careful. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a re-model professionally designed and completed.

We supplied the paint but the provider measured and bought other necessary items such a dry wall, etc. He was always on time and in the end, the work was done professionally and on time. In addition, the worker cleared and cleaned the work areas when finished. Would highly recommend this company and plan to use their service again in the future.

It was excellent. Everything was perfect, it looks like a new room. I'll definitely use them again, probably in the near future.

Great he covered and hung plastic to limit dust. You can't tell there was a wall there. Looks perfect.

Miguel arrived at the house when he said he would. He said the job would take 3 days and he was on the money. He was very good at working around the existing living conditions of the house. All work looked great when he was done and I was painting the work 2 days later. This is the 2nd time I used him. First time was 3 months prior. Both times he was very timely and professional and did very good work.
