I have 2015 Tundra; my wife came in one day and asked how do you operate the windshield wiper to clean off the bugs. I thought it was strange and told her the same way she does in her car. As I was driving back from Tucson and needed to clean the windshield, I discovered what she meant. They weren't working. I went directly to the dealer when I returned to Sierra Vista. The Service Manager informed me that Mice had chewed into the tube that runs from the wipers to the reservoir. I had seen one inside of a cactus a few weeks back and thought nothing of it then. I immediately called Greenshield Pest Control and informed them of what happened and ask if they could have someone out ASAP. The very next day Patricia had Mike Palmer out and on the case. I told mike my story and he went to work laying traps for the little pests and did not leave until I was satisfied. He also said if there was anything else that arose to just give him a call. They put my mind at ease and my truck in a safe zone!

The receipt guarantees pretty much any of the bugs that are in this area. All of their chemicals are pet safe so I don't have to worry about my animals or kids. I've never had to call them back out but they did say that if I see any bugs that I can call and they'll come out. I think it says that if I had to have them come back out twice, then the next service is free. I'm happy.

My technician,Cody Utter, was excellent. He was professional and very helpful answering all of my questions. I have used other services in the past and was not pleased. In contrast, Cody, offered what appears to be a service that will be very beneficial to me for pest removal. He was thorough in application of treatment around the property - both outside and inside. I am looking forward to a year of successful pest control.

This was an initial treatment & they will return in a month for another application ($80), then they will treat every 2 months for $75 per visit. We have had few if any insects appear since the initial treatment. The technician, Dillon, was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and answered all questions, was efficient & thorough. We are very pleased with this service so far!

The gentleman was very nice, not pushy. Explained how they do it. Use natural materials. I got the $99 special and it was a good service.

It was fine. They were quick. We didn’t have any problems afterwards.

Had ants in the kitchen that I could not get rid of myself with grocery store chemicals. Saw their special on Angie's list for spraying of insects and scorpions. They came and sprayed the house inside and out. Also placed a gel were ants were traveling and feeding. A day later ants were gone and I have not seen them since, that was 2/3 weeks ago. They did an effective job. I would refer friends to this company.

I purchased the Big Deal for $99.00. Dustin explained that German cockroaches are difficult to exterminate and they usually charge more to treat them. He did honor the Big Deal rate, but he also recommended 2-3 more monthly applications.

It was alright. I wasn't home when they came. They came when they said they would. The price was a little high for spreading the pest stuff. They put traps in the garage and I thought that was good.

I purchased the "big deal"from GreenShield Pest Control after carefully verifying that our home fell within the service area as I always do. Later that day my husband of many years died. The following day I was informed by GreenShield Pest Control service, that a mistake had been made and he would not be providing the service. A revised service area map clearly shows that my home is 5 miles outside his zone, using the Ina Road/Silverbell Road and Cortero Farms/Silverbell intersections as reference points. I was understandably upset for several reasons but when I spoke to the gentleman from GreenShield Pest Control he told me he simply could not afford to take a 3 hour window of time to provide the service I had paid for and hoped that it did not make my opinion of his company any less. I am at a loss to explain how a 5 mile trip turns into a 3 hour "window of time." GreenShield Pest Control obviously will not go out of it's way to provide customer service and I would caution anyone buying his service to consider that. I simply cannot recommend this company.

Good service. Good results. The cost is a bit higher than perhaps some others and the service is every 6 weeks, event though we pay monthly which is curious.

We moved into a house that had been vacant for a few months, except for mice and various insects and spiders. Since the treatments no more mice and only dead insects. The cost of the deal included periodic treatments but I was told that since I lived on the west side I would get fewer periodic re-treatments because of the distance.

They are doing a good job and their price seems very competitive. They schedule and come out even if you aren't home if you are okay with that. They are easy to get ahold of and reschedule with ease. I am glad to keep them on contract.

They use chemicals that are not harmful which I appreciate. They came in and put some traps in the house and did some extra treatment and did not charge extra. They have done a great job with us.

They are really good. They are on-time, professional and do a great job. They give a military discount. They are also environmentally friendly which we appreciate because it is pet friendly and we have a dog.
