I contacted provider for service and got an appointment immediately. Provider was punctual arriving on time, was actually early and very professional. Provider cleaned the carpet in my entire home as well as a chair and ottoman. Provider was done in a reasonable time and did a wonderful job, all stains were removed from my carpet. I was totally satisfied with the service. I will definitely use this provider again to clean my carpets.

Great! Marty at Golden Touch is fantastic. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work. The carpets always look fantastic when he is done. I've never had anything but a great experience!

THE ABOVE CITED SERVICE WAS DONE BY MARTY WESTLING WHO IS ALSO THE OWNER OF GOLDEN TOUCH. WE HAVE USED MARTY FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND WE ARE DELIGHTED TO SAY THAT HE HAS NEVER BEEN ANYTHING OTHER THAN A HIGHLY SKILLED PROFESSIONAL WHO TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS CRAFT. THE CARPETS IN OUR HOME LOOK WONDERFUL AFTER HE HAS CLEANED THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM IN "HEART BEAT".

My experience was good. I have used them several times, so I just call them, and I think it is the owner or the manager who comes out. I move the furniture beforehand, he steams the carpets, and he does a great job. I have two kids and a cat and I use him probably once every nine months. I have a big area rug and he has cleaned that several times for me and I don't think he has charged me; he just does that extra rug and puts it outside to dry. I had called a few other people to give me a quote and they were more expensive than what he charges. When I call, he could be out in a week. He usually gives me a two-hour window and I don't think he has ever been late, and he has been on time, every time.
Description of Work: I used Golden Carpet Cleaning to clean carpets of three bedrooms, a living room, and a family room.

Description of Work: This company came highly recommended by former owner who began a new company in Phoenix. I was in the hospital anticipating discharge when I called Golden Touch Carpet Cleaning. I was desperate for the work to be done as fast as possible. Linda suggested they could come out ON SUNDAY, the day after my discharge, and get my carpet attended to. Her son was assigned to the task and I was told he would be out before 1030 a.m. ON SUNDAY, to do the work. Sunday came and went and I waited and waited, he didn't show up. ON MONDAY, while I was at my doctor's office, I got a call telling me he was now almost to my house. I had to inform him he was a day late and I was attending to my medical needs. Linda called and apologized saying she didn't really mean "Sunday" (even though that is what she sold me as an arrival date). BUT THEY COULD COME ON TUESDAY BETWEEN 1 P.M. AND 1:30. The time came and went. I called. Linda said they were having a problem with their equipment and would telephone when they had it fixed. Evidently she forgot what she told me and when she called back, she said they were at another job but would be finished in around an hour and then would be there. By my reckoning that would have been. . . Maybe. . . an arrival at 4 p.m. I let Linda know what I thought of he professionalism and did the right thing: A "Donald". I LET HER KNOW HER COMPANY WAS FIRED. I have a broken wrist and cannot run my own carpet cleaner although I own one. I felt much better after I confronted the company's lack of professionalism. But I still have a carpet which needs emergency cleaning and I am living in the house with it. I Would NEVER trust this company again!

THIS IS A COMPANY THAT YOU CAN TRUST TO BE AT YOUR HOUSE ON THE SCHEDULE DATE AND TIME THAT IS SET UP. I CAN ALSO LEAVE THEM IN OUR HOUSE AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THEM.
