Description of Work: Tim was very professional, helpful and responsive. I liked that Tim actually answers his phone calls himself, and I wasn't dumped into a voice mail to await a return phone call. He seemed very knowledgeable about his craft, and I would hire him in the future. I wasn't aware that a third-party had to select your home appraisal company, so I was unable to use Tim's services as originally planned.
