Oscar Ramirez was the technician who did our irrigation tune-up yesterday (Mar 4, 2016) and he is a "magician". He identified areas in our yard that needed fixing to ensure we had full coverage of all our grass and landscaping. His professionalism, quality workmanship, and great customer service are to be commended. I highly recommend Will's All Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air for any heating, plumbing, irrigation and now outdoor lighting. The quality of their technicians, workmanship, and fair pricing makes it a great choice.

Quick response to my initial call. Repair done in a timely manner. A bit expensive for the job as I had already purchased parts. Just paid for labor. Which I thought was a bit pricey as I am a Senior citizen on a fixed income but needed the work done.

They were prompt, friendly and efficient.

All Pro tech arrived on time, was courteous and friendly. Tech Chris explained the process and possible cost involved to cut into drywall and determine extent of a leak. Leak was the water line in the wall going into the refrigerator. The pricing structure seems to be overly complicated. The service is good, they cleaned up everything and left the repair to the drywall looking like nothing had happened.

They were prompt, courteous and honest. Identified the problem . While it isn't a problem that is fixable without tearing down some walls, William made us feel secure that it was really not a dangerous problem but just a nuisance. Just a noise in the pipe. I would call on this company again if future problems arise.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Very expensive, and their guarantee is only good for one year. The work was good, but I was way overcharged.

I felt the price was too high and they did negotiate with me but for the five minutes it took to complete the job it was still too pricey.

Called them to replace a faucet supply line and clear a blocked drain. They were at the property within an hour, had the problem fixed in under two hours!

John was polite, efficient, very knowledgeable, and clean in his work. Faucet installed in 1/2 hour and works beautifully. We ill be using Will Pro again.

Marc had great customer service and did a great job correcting our problem with the pipes under the kitchen sink.

Marc Rios evaluated the situation in a very professional manner. He then offered me five options to correct the situation. His professional knowledge and personal demeanor convinced me I would be pleased with the results. I especially liked the offer of an annual service contact for $199, which included the water heater, HVAC & sprinkler system. He then completed the job himself. I would highly recommend his company to anyone.
