No hot water Memorial Day morning. I called my usual plumber, waited many hours, but received no return call. Called Will's at 9:30 PM Memorial Day. Samantha set appointment for between 9-11:00 AM the next day.. Marc R showed-up at 9:00AM the next morning, trouble shot a gas valve problem, and called the shop for parts. Within 30 minutes, Andrew A. delivered the necessary repair parts. Andrew and Marc made the repair, and my hot water heater was operating at 10:30AM. Will's is now my "go-to" plumber.

Responded almost immediately and expedited our request bc our house was without water. Marc, Hector, and Bill provided top notch customer service. Will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs!

Great communications and stuck with the problem until it was totally fixed. They could have done a quick fix and poked a little hole in the drain obstruction, but they took the time to get every bit of grease they could reach out of the line.
