Technicians were very polite, courteous and kept me informed about the progress and specific situations they encountered as they performed their magic. I was extremely pleased with the end result. Not being thoroughly familiar with rates I did find the company a bit pricey. But they were cheaper than a visit to the emergency room. Notwithstanding I was impressed by their professionalism and skill.

I felt like the cost to actual work done was rather high - but then I have to consider, it has been 17 years since I have had to have any work done on my sprinkler system - - and plumbers are costly - - just a fact. My choice was to spend hours trying to find the problem and fix it - - or - - hire a professional and get the job done quickly and professionally - - with a 2 year guarantee. Will's Plumbing did respond quickly and worked the issue earlier than scheduled. I would use them for future plumbing needs.

They advertise one price then after they start the work they will charge 3-4 times the amount advertised.

They came as soon as possible, assessed the situation and gave me options. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Personnel were very knowledgeable and friendly.

They were able to come in the next day for an estimate, even offered to come earlier in the day, except I was at work so I kept my scheduled appointment. They were on time, professional and patient! Would highly recommend them. Got my small plumbing problem fixed within 30 minutes.

WOW!!!!! Not only were they punctual, customer service went the extra mile with notification. I received a call an hour before our scheduled appointment to ask if it was OK for the tech to come early, then they sent a message letting me know the technician was enroute with a photo of the tech. Timothy Revilla was very thorough and HONEST! It turned out that the position of the drain due to the house shifting is the cause of my slow draining shower. He found no obstruction in the drain/pipe, so there was nothing He needed to do. His honesty is highly commended and appreciated. He could’ve ran a snake, did other unneeded service and charged me. Definitely call Will’s All Pro because they’re responsive, honest and dependable. Tim said to call again if I needed anything else - guaranteed I will.

They were able to come out the same day! I appreciated the fact that their aim was to take care of my problem and not try to sell me things I didn’t need. This business is honest and charges are very reasonable! Since my previous sprinkler company wouldn’t even return any of my three calls, I’ll be giving my business to Will’s All Pro in the future!

They charged $193 for replacement of out door faucet and less than an hour of actual labor. I feel it was a rip-off.

I attempted to contact my usual sprinkler serviceman but after 3 attempts and no call/reply, I decided to go with some else.
