He initially called me back promptly but he never showed up for our appointment nor did he respond to my following voice message.

I called mygo2guy and left a message. He didn't call back. I tried again to leave a message. Still no response. On a leap of faith I used the online scheduling program on his website. I set up a 3 hour appointment about a week out. As part of the scheduling process I had a brief window to explain what I needed done. I received an automated response email confirming my appointment and explaining that someone would call me to discuss the job. Four days before my appointment I got an email from Richard saying that he would call me on Monday to discuss my jobs (the appointment was set for Wednesday morning). I wrote back giving him both my cell and work phone numbers. Monday came and went and I never heard from him. Tuesday I emailed him in the morning saying I was worried and really wanted to talk to him about my repair job. I left him a phone message saying the same thing. Still no response. A few hours later, I called to cancel the appointment. He charges by the hour and I didn't want him to show up at my house not knowing what work I needed done.

He was completely competent and did a superb job with getting the house ready to put on the market. He is highly professional and did everything to our liking. The price for his services was very reasonable for the results we got. We will definitely use this company again.

After contacting My Go2Guy to request help with the room, Richard was very courteous over the phone and he set up an appointment to come and do the work. He arrived promptly and his appearance was very neat and clean. He was very friendly and professional, which we appreciated very much. We highly recommend My Go2Guy if you need a handy man! Great job!
