I can’t say enough good things about Gila Pool Service. After getting a quote from another pool company trying to sell me a $2,000 fix for something that wasn’t even necessary, I decided to get a second opinion—and I’m so glad I did! The team at Gila was professional, honest, and transparent from the start. They quickly identified the real issue (which was much simpler) and saved me a lot of money by giving me exactly what I needed—nothing more, nothing less. They have recently taken over for my old pool company. The guys they send out seem to be different and they do the minimum. I have watched the guy be there for 5 minutes, skim, and leave. I also had an issue with my pump and ended up fixing it myself after they sent someone out. I’ve called and text and rarely hear back.

He is our regular pool guy. It is a small company. We don't have a lot of chlorine in our pool, so it is a different kind of methodology. They are very responsive. In the past when we lived in a different house, they were our service provider, and if we had a problem with any of our pool equipment, they were right there to help us fix it. We use them for our rental property, and if the tenants have done something, or something is wrong, they are very responsive to them. They send out just one person, and it is normally the same person. Sometimes they send someone different.

They arrived and found that the heater was OK, but that a switch was the problem. They told me what the cost would be to replace the switch and said they would order the part and come back the following week to replace it. They did return, replaced the switch and the heater was fine. About a week later, the spa water was cold again. I called them and they said that with those switches you sometimes have to adjust them a bit. He came back out right away, adjusted the switch, and it has worked perfectly since.

As shared previously, he came wen he said he would, assessed the situation, and solved the problem. He also shared that we had a porblem wiht our salt level, which we were not familiar with. He provided a solution that we could take care of ourselves.

They are excellent. They are very professional. They quickly respond to any of my questions and concerns. They communicate effectively. They are punctual, prompt, and efficient. They do excellent work. The service is effective. I would recommend their services to anyone.
