Gary was the 3rd real estate agent to list the property. He arrived the day after I called him armed with an amazing amount of information about the property and it's issues as well as information about the previous listings. He presented a marketing plan along with a realistic market value and data to back up this value. Once he had the listing he aggressively marketed the property and stayed in touch with us on a regular basis. When we had a potential buyer in a very difficult mortgage market, he skillfully worked with the buyer's agent and lender to assure that the deal went through. He always provided detailed figures on a HUD closing statement form with each possible monetary scenario. When it appeared that the buyer would in fact be funded, we set about negotiating for a new home. Gary anticipated all sorts of issues during the buying process and successfully negotiated with the seller in our interest. I felt like I had a guardian angel watching out for me.
