Whatever you do, please do not use this company!!! They are the contracted installers for Lowes in Tucson, so be careful if you are having flooring put in by Lowes. You do not want these people in your home. They are rude, difficult to work with, do not answer phone calls, and their installer routinely showed up late and left after only a couple hours of work. Tracking him down again was virtually impossible. When we were inconvenienced (I missed three days of work waiting for him), he would just shrug and laugh. I have never let anyone into my house who was this rude or arrogant and utterly uncaring of the work they do. When I would call the receptionist, she would be equally rude. The second day of installation, they told me they would come "sometime after 11am." At 11:45am, they had not even showed up and when I called the main number the receptionist was rude and told me "Well, it is sometime after 11am." I missed three days of work. The workers finally showed up at 12pm and left by 2:30pm. They tore up our daughter's room and left it usable for days. We were told by Lowes that it would take 1-2 days for each room to get done. Her room was left torn up for over a week, and we had to move her to her grandparents house. Foothills Flooring did not even care when we told them how much this put us out. We ended up returning our flooring because of defects and Lowe's arranged for us to have our house restored. Foothills Flooring was called to replace our carpets and baseboards. For three days they did not even call us to set up a time for restoration. When we called the Lowes managers, they finally put pressure on them to come. Once they came, they told us they would only replace the carpet and not the baseboards, even though that was what they were contracted to do. We ended up having Lowes send out a different company to put our baseboards back. This company does not even care about who they do work for. They are arrogant, rude and disorganized. This is a company that does not care about their clients at all. I do not want anyone going through the misery this company put us through, so please be careful and call someone else.
