Overall, my experience with Flooring Creations Plus, LLC of Tucson, AZ 85705 was a poor experience. Materials were delivered over a week late, order was also incomplete, which caused problems with the hired installer. There was a shortage of material (moldings). Some of the material was not what was ordered and could not be installed. I am willing to work with Flooring Creations Plus to resolve these issues, but they indicated that they closed their account with the manufacturer and are not willing to assist me in any way. I am left with an incomplete floor as there was not enough material (cork tiles and molding) to finish the job. Some of the molding was the wrong color. Flooring Creations Plus LLC of Tucson AZ 85705 then refused to take any calls from me after they told me that they did not care how I resolved the problems. I was then on my own to determine how to get the material to finish the job from a manufacturer that only deals with wholesalers. Flooring Creations Plus LLC was paid $5109.35 in advance for this contract which they did not honor. I have never received such poor service from any Company and have never written a complaint about any company. I have also filed a report with the BBB of Tucson, AZ. I would never do business with this company again, nor recommend it to anyone else.

The finished job is outstanding. I've had this kind of work done many times and I've never seen the finished product so flawless. The owners are the main workers and one of them is always at the job site. They are a family owned business. Their price is very reasonable and is comparable to other flooring places. They are pleasant, quiet, and everything is cleaned up in the end. They are very helpful in rescheduling, and I just can't say enough about them. I've used them before and I would use them again.
