Roy started when he said and completed the job in the time frame specified. He was very professional, polite, and positive throughout the course of work. He knew how to take care of trouble spots from unforeseen discoveries (like a 2 x 2 1/2 foot hole in the floor!) explaining what needed to be done and dealing with them thoroughly. Having a whole house done is quite an undertaking for the homeowner and Roy did his best to make it easy on us. His communication was excellent and his bid was very competitive. He was accessible and easy to work with and the job turned out great. I would highly recommend him.

These guys were great they were always on time really courteous and were always open to our suggestions and wants. They were true experts very clean job the time through all the process. Most importantly they were able to keep to the schedule perfectly we had family coming for Christmas and they were finished on time. They cleaned up so good we couldn't tell they were there besides our beautiful new bathroom. I highly recommend these guys if you want a great job done.

They were very professional the moment I first met them when they came over to measure my bathroom. They were very personable and made me feel comfortable and confident that they could complete the job in a timely matter and properly. Roy told me that he would have the estimate ready that evening or the next morning and would send it via email when it was complete. I received it that evening. I was happy about the price since it did include labor/materials. He was also generous enough to go pick up the material and deliver it to my house. When they tore down my bathroom they were very clean about it. They laid plastic all over my furniture and floors to create a walk way to my front door so they wouldn't make a big mess. They completed the job the day they said it would be completed and they also cleaned up after themselves. They left my house exactly the way it was when they started the job. I am so happy that I hired Floor & Wall Experts to do my bathroom! I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking to remodel their house! I will definitely be using them in the future!

After he got all the measurements and we discussed what needed to be done he told me he would have my estimate done later that day. I received my estimate that evening. After agreeing to the?terms?and signing, Roy and I set installation date for a week later. The installation crew showed up on time and finished my bathroom early. They even made a bench and a unique design in my shower! Roy was extremely helpful when it came to the bathroom remodel. He brought over samples of tile and grout colors for me to pick out of. I would recommend Floor & Wall Experts to anyone! And I will definitely be using them again when I start my next remodel in my house!

Roy and his crew came to my house and in 2 days installed both bedrooms of tile and completed them. It looks great. Would highly recommend them.

They kept my house immaculate throughout this process. When they started to install?the tile?in my showers?they recommended a beautiful glass band. It turned out absolutely breathtaking! When they were finished with the showers and the floors, they cleaned my entire house leaving no mess behind and making sure everything was exactly where it was beforehand. These guys were great. Roy and Tom came to measure my house for their estimate. I received a quote the following day. I paid for the material and schedule the install for 3 weeks later. when they showed up to install my tile the crew topped off my cabinets and furniture at no charge. they pulled the old floor off in a day. and my tile floor was complete by the end of the week. I had three other estimates done and their price it right down the middle of all of them. they really made the whole job easy for me. thanks to Floren Wall experts for doing such an exceptional job!!

They did an amazing Job ! Fixed some broken/Cracked tile in my kitchen . Affordable price for my family of 6. Looks Great ! I Will be calling The Floor & Wall Experts for future repairs and I would recommend him to All my friends and family.

From the time Roy and his partner stepped into our home and introduced themselves I expected and we received a superb job of tiling. The floor, shower and design above the sinks has made our new bathroom look absolutely gorgeous. They were so dependable to always be here on time and work hard to be sure we were pleased with the way it was all coming together. They did a beautiful job , it all turned out better than I could image. They tore up all the old tile and kept the area cleaned up well which was great with because of my toddlers running around. Roy?s crew did all the prep work they were never late. The jobs were done on time and they stayed with in the quote. My bathroom floor has a gorgeous mosaic piece and from top to bottom of the shower looks great. The kitchen looks amazing and I was very impressed with the grout lines and corners. I was not impressed with the way they looks before. In all the service was great and the flooring crew very professional, I plan on having the carpet removed from my living room and Roy?s Flooring will be the company I call.
