Description of Work: They showed up on time for appointment. Diagnosed proble as something less severe with my refrigerator than I feared. Part had to be ordered. They could have returned in 2 days but I was not available. Sheduled around my convenience. Completed and replaced a hose from a previous filter install that they did not like the quality of material.

Description of Work: Called regarding a failed microwave oven. They were booked due to shop renovations, but were still helpful in identifying the likely problem. + -1 moreBruce did a great diagnostic job, he figured that my dryer vent may be clogged from the wall to the outside, and used a blower to clean it out. Then he tested all other systems and concluded that since he got the heat working, that probably solved the problem. If it reoccurs, he thinks it is a timer; he got a price for me, but recommended I not buy it unless the problem recurs.
Description of Work: Figured out why my clothes dryer had no heat.
