Description of Work: Fish Window Cleaning cleaned my windows- inside and out- on my two story house. They did a marvelous job! More than 10 years of Tucson dust and grime got scrubbed away, my sills were cleaned, the tracks vacuumed, the screens were removed, brushed and replaced, and the overall work seriously turned up the sparkle of the whole house. |The crew was on time and dressed professionally. They had all the materials and ladders needed as well as little drop cloths and shoe covers for the inside work. The team leader was quick to go over my estimate and work order as well as quick to get to work. As a super plus, they double checked the gate to keep my dogs safe and didn't bat an eyelash about climbing up to the second floor to clean a custom window in the front of the house. |I look forward to using Fish Window Cleaning again and have already recommended them to my in-laws.

It went fine. They were prompt and pleasant and did a good job. When they finished, an automatic shade failed to raise. We called them and within a half and hour, they returned and fixed the problem.

We have used a number of window cleaners, and we found them to be the best. They are very flexible in the scheduling. Their prices are reasonable. They do very good work. They are honest. They are actually coming on Monday to clean windows.

Was very courteous, introduced himself, .was introduced to dogs, asked if they needed to use shoe coverings, asked for a tour then immediately both washer began work. Very well done, I asked for a call in six month call to schedule spring cleaning. Honored Angie's List discount.

In the 10 years that we have lived in Tucson, we have tried a number of window cleaning services and we have found none better than Fish. We are fussier than most homeowners, and they do a good job of consistently meeting our expectations. They are accommodating, punctual, and friendly. Some window cleaning services refuse to do extras like ceiling fans and security doors, but owner Bill Bracco, along with employee Juan, cheerfully do the extras that we request. The quality of their work is excellent... they spend the time to do a thorough job, they are careful and respectful of our property, and we can recommend them without any reservations!
Description of Work: Wash all windows outside (3,200 sq. ft. house), clean exterior security doors and patio ceiling fans.

They wrecked my windows and I haven't had them cleaned since. I would never use them again. It was not professional what they did.
Description of Work: They sent me an inexperienced college kid who did not know what he was doing. He did not know how to properly remove the screens and ruined many of my screens.
