Description of Work: Installed two new security screen doors. The first door was installed on the day agreed. The second door required 3 more visits to get it installed. Multiple errors in fabrication or measurements by salesperson, not sure which. Otherwise a high quality product and professional response to their problems.

Description of Work: Installed a security screen on our dining room door to the patio. This our third First Impressions door - we now have them on the front door, back patio door and dining room door. They are somewhat expensive compared to "off the shelf" doors from Home Depot or the like, but they are extremely high quality, and are made to fit the individual door (all of ours were non-standard sizes). The service is great, the installer is very competent and quick, and overall I think it was well worth the money. We were mostly doing this to allow air flow and keep the cats inside but these doors are also much more secure than our wood doors.Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I went to the showroom to check out their doors. Their product is overwhelmingly beautiful and of excellent quality. HOWEVER, everything was well OUT of my price range.If you can afford the prices, I would recommend. Otherwise, I will be looking at more reasonably priced doors.

 + -1 moreThe company responded very quickly. A very helpful sales person made an appointment and showed us many samples to select from and gave us complete and clear information. She also offered many helpful suggestions in the selection of the door that met our particular need. The installer came out in good time after the order was placed. He did a good job of installing the door and with the proper locks and keys. He left the work area in very clean condition upon the completion of the job. The company has good product guarantees for the product and offers to stand behind the installation.

 + -1 moreWe went to the office to make our initial choices, staff was polite, knowledgeable and very anxious to please. 2 days later the owner, Tim, came and did the measurements. 2 weeks later they called, made and kept the appointment, extended and covered entryway. Doors fit perfectly, look just beautiful, and I would, and have recommended them to several people.
Description of Work: Built and installed 2 security storm doors. These 2 doors that are custom built and designed and installed cost less than it would have cost to have 1 door done in custom design and color at a ''Big Box'' store. We had a choice of about 40 colors and an almost unlimited style of doors and custom designs.

THEY HAVE DISCOUNTS IN LOCAL COUPON MAILERS (WHICH WE USED) AND YOU CAN REGISTER FOR SPECIAL OFFERS ON THEIR WEB SITE. WE COMPARED THEIR PRICE AGAINST THE SAME MODEL AT A LARGE COMPETITOR AND OUR FIRST IMPRESSION WAS CHEAPER (AND I LIKE SUPPORTING A LOCAL BUSINESS). ALSO, THEIR INSTALLATION INCLUDED EVERYTHING (SOME QUOTES WERE FOR ''BASIC INSTALLATION'' ONLY) - HARDWARE, REKEYING OF LOCKS TO EXISTING LOCKS, DOUBLE RUBBER SWEEPS, TAMPER-PROOF LOCKS, AND EVEN EXTENDING THE EXISTING THRESHOLD. CUSTOM MEASURE AND ORDER TO INSTALLATION WAS 2 WEEKS.

WE ALSO HAD SOME PAINT CHIP OFF AND AGAIN HE CAME OUT PERSONALLY AND FIXED IT FREE FOR CHARGE. DOORS HAVE LIFETIME WARRANTY.
