FINISH LINE HOME INSPECTION

Have had a few home inspections but this had to have been my best. Noel came to the home I was purchasing and went through the house with a fine tooth comb. Even had an underwater camera to take pictures of the inside of the pool so he could see if there were any cracks or issues in there. He found a few things that needed to be be repaired and even a few things that he was worried about it. He made the report so as to know what had to be done right away for safety, what should be done and even what will need to be done. Once the seller fixed the things we wanted done, Noel came back out and re-inspected at no cost. One of my favorite things, he is just fine with me calling a month or so later after we moved in, just to ask him a question or two about something with the house. He still had the pictures so he was able to answer and help out a month or so later. I really was impressed with him.

Noel Elliott came out, and was even a bit early, Monday morning to meet my Realtor and myself for a Home inspection. I am new to the area so needed to ask for referrals and my Realtor was only too happy to recommend Finish Line. Anyway, Noel introduced himself and once we got into the house he checked out a couple things from owner first and then went to work. If I had a question, he would even stop what he was doing and came to answer. Noel was extremely thorough and went through absolutely everything in, on and around the house. Once he was done, we went through his findings right there with me with the pictures he took (even underwater of pool) and explained everything in detail. Even gave me a couple pointers on some of the things I could do myself. Very quickly I had my written report from him so I could make my decision on buying the house or not. His note also included that should I EVER have questions in the future to please call on him. My Realtor verified this by saying she had a client that called him a year later with question and he came out to inspect something right away. Because of his help and diligent inspection, I felt confident in going ahead with my buying the house. I do unequivocally recommend Noel and Finish Line Home Inspections!!
