Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery

We arrived and were quickly seen by a sales person. Apparently she was new as her answers to some of my questions were obviously incorrect. Such as; What is the warrantee on the Delta Shower head? I was told 2 years, but when i asked about what the advertising by Delta is stated for "Lifetime". She told me that was not correct. When I asked for a specific item grab bar, I was told incorrectly that it was available. Wrong, I checked with Delta, and it is not. Further and most bothersome was the failure for them to respond to me with a quote. Initially i was told that she would check provide this in an email. I figured that I would hear within a few hours. Eight hours later i phoned and she told me that she was busy and that she would get this information to me within 24 to 48 hours. Over two days later, I left two phone messages and was never called back. I then spoke with the Office Manager and was told that he would get back with me within an hour. He did, but didn't have all the information. He then said that he would follow up and get the information. Again, Ferguson didn't follow up. I again phoned and when I spoke with the Manager, he couldn't remember that some of the information was inccorrect and other items were missing. Don't you think they would have called and verified all was received and no additional information would be requested. Well they didn't. I went to Lowes and purchased all the items and actually saved $. I spent nearly $1500 but i guess Ferguson doesn't need this small amount of business.
