The house that was painted is a two story,contemporary Santa Fe over 3000 sq. ft. with varying sized parapets, an attached porch, and 3 car garage. Most of the walls are over 20 ft high in varying terrain. The stucco had never been painted (orignal 10 year old colored stucco) and the surface area had recently been patched for cracks. Darrin meticulusly covered/masked all windows, window walls, doors, sidewalks/driveway and railings. He tinted the primer close to the new color to keep the shock of a white house down while the job progressed. Two coats of primer sprayed and rolled and in some areas more than two coats of finish paint sprayed and rolled. The house is shaped in modules and two different colors were used. The straight lines on the contrasting corners are perfect. A lot of attention to detail. All of the porch decking and entry way ramadas to include 11 vigas were cleaned and stained. The garage doors were custom oversprayed to give the look of wood which matched the vigas. He also trimmed the palm trees on the property.
