 + -1 moreContractor used wrong color - did not match as it was suppose to. Painting workmanship was very streaky. He was very professional when we cancelled contract. Is a hard worker but he obviously took on a job he was not able to handle.
Description of Work: Contracted to paint side gate front gate and casita doors. Finished painting side gate and front gate and we cancelled work.

 + -1 moreRay and Carlo were punctual, quiet (no radio), professional and friendly. The workmanship for the carpentry and painting was excellent and there was a thorough cleanup when the job was finished.
Description of Work: All of the exposed wood on my stucco home was in poor condition - paint flahing off and some fascia boards rotted. Approx 60 feet of rotted wood was replaced (Ray made an extra effort to obtain good quality lumber). All exposed wood was scraped, primed, joints caulked and 2 coats of paint applied.
