Description of Work: Ten reviews read: four A reviews and six F reviews. We are scheduled for Tuesday. They had better perform at the A level for us. They should be off Angie's List. Six F reviews. Phil, you and your company better deliver the A service.

Description of Work: I made the appoint with this company. First time they called an hour before the appointment and said they cannot make it to the appointment and wanted to reschedule. I agreed. Second appointment was from 6-8 pm window. They called me a day before the appointment to confirm. The sales person never showed up or any phone call. They wasted my time. Will never do business with this company. Makes we wonder if they are so careless with sales appointment, how bad will they be once they sign the contract to install.

Description of Work: Express Flooring LLC was supposed to install our carpet but they never came to do the work. I signed a contract and they mailed to me a sample of the product that we agreed to. I did not get back the money I paid them.
