This review is way overdue, They did a great Job! They did exactly what was requested. My mistake in the pinning locations we should have requested an offset, we wiped out some pins when we graded the perimeter.

Mr. Trueblood was punctual and extremely attentive. He provided the service I requested and the price was reasonable.

Fast, professional work. Friendly and lovely man, very well versed in Tucson.

The land survey went very well. I am completely satisfied.

Everett was responsive to my emails through Angie's List, and after getting all the details quoted me the price and told me when he'd be here.He arrived with a helper as promised and had the work done in 3-4 hours. In addition to the pins and nails, he marked all pins and nails with a tall ribboned wooden stake, and put ribbons in the tree branches where it was not possible to see next wooden stake from the previous one. Very well done, and they were very professional throughout.

Everett was great. He responded promptly to my phone message, and we set up a time a couple days later. He's a very personable guy, and did a supremely professional job. He marked the corner of my lot with wood stakes with ribbons, and tapped metal pins along the actual line. This work actually ended up with him having to get to the other side of a 10-ft subdivision wall, since he was able to advise that that wall was 3-4 feet on my property. He also advised me of one area where my driveway was actually encroaching into my neighbors lot, but, darn, we weren't able to mark that one too clearly. He gave me a certification letter and went on his way - perfect job.

Before undertaking landscaping and wildlife habitat improvement on my newly purchased property, I wanted to know for sure where my property lines were. After checking Angie's List, I left a voice mail for Everett. He responded promptly, we set up an appointment, and he and his assistant showed up on time. We walked the property together while he established reference points. After doing his calculations he returned six days later to finish the job, and the three of us marked my corners and property lines. The result is that I have slightly more property than I thought, and my neighbors have slightly less--good to know! Everett has many years of surveying experience and his pleasant personality made him a joy to work with. He also told me where to obtain a copy of the official plat map of my property, which I have done.

Received prompt responses and quickly and professionally completed the job.

Let me say first, I've used him before, in 2011. He did a partial survey of my property (and did a good job)...so when I had the money to finish up, I called him. He promptly replied, via Angie's list (ON 1/17/15), requesting more info. My first response was to provide my address and explain I only needed a partial survey. When I didn't hear from him in a week, I sent another email (1/15/15) with ALL pertinent info. Today is 2/3/15, and i've yet to hear anymore from him. If this is how he does business, I would not recommend him.

Mr Trueblood was not the cheapest estimate I got, but the other guy went on vacation so I had to go with someone else. Overall, he was quick to come out and do the survey. He did a good job--he put pins at the corners of the property. When on-site, he answered my questions to my satisfaction. I did notice communication is lacking when it comes to answering emails, and giving particulars about how the job was progressing. As a final note, I was surprised to be charged an extra $75 for an Auto Cad drawing which I never requested. Some communication on my part, and Mr Trueblood agreed not to charge me the $75 if I sent the maps back. Fair enough. I would recommend this surveyor to others but it would not be a high recommendation. Don't expect much beyond getting the job done.

He arrived when he said he would, did some research, and performed the job with a minimum of fuss. His pricing was acceptable and as quoted. Also, it was fun to talk with him.

Everett and I discussed what I wanted. I then sent him the legal descriptions. A couple of days later I received an estimate via email. I then authorized him to survey the land. He came out twice; once to check the property and surrounding area and then a few days later to set the stakes. Afterwards we walked the property and he explained everything. Everett did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Everett Trueblood was very responsive and easy to reach before I hired him to survey my property. He got back to me immediately with my phone calls and emails. But after I hired him and the survey was completed and he was paid, I tried to contact him due to questions I had on the certified letter he mailed me explaining what he did in the survey and his findings. He could not be reached. I left many phone messages for him to call me and even emails. No response. It was like he took my money and left the face of the earth. As long as he got your money, he could care less about the customer. Do not hire him! 712

Work went well. Survey in this area can be difficult because of the steep terrain and brush..All property corners are staked and the property lines are staked at sfficient intervals so as tobe abled to trace the property lines.

Showed up on time, did what he promised for the price we agreed on. No problems.

Everett was able to get to our job in a prompt manner. He marked the boundary line between our property and a neighbor's in the highly visible manner requested. He was professional and considerate of our needs.

Called Everett and had a good conversation. He arrived when he said, did what he said he would do, while explaining any questions that I had. I've used others in the past, who were OK, but would use Everett again and I highly recommend his company to anyone who needs surveying.

Mr. Trueblood was professional and punctual. The price quoted was the final price and was within range of other companies that were contacted. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a land survey.

It went really well. Everett was very responsive to my needs and did a great job. After the survey he came back to walk the lines with me and present me with 2 copies of the map he did of the survey. I would readily recommend him to anyone asking.

Everett returned my calls promply, showed up at the appointed time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and completed his task promply and as promised. In addition to marking the lot boundaries in several places as I asked, he determined the setbacks at the county zoning office, the phone number of which was difficulty for me to obtain from the phone book or the Internet. He clearly market the setback lines in several places. (Another surveyor said it would take three hours of his and an assistant's time to find out the information and provide the setback markings - to the tune of an extra $162 tacked on to their $900+ charge.) Everett did a a great job, answered all of my questions in an agreeable manner, and called later to confirm the zoning office phone number just in case I wanted to talk to them myself. The great reviews he receives on Angie's List are well deserved. I can emphatically recommend him to others and would definitely use him again.

Everett is true through and through. He is simply awesome, and I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.
