I still waiting.
Description of Work: They just mail us the invoice and have some one that we didn't know signed the invoice. The lady had bad attitude said their employee did the service and they want charge us, they have GPS for employee, make sure he was here. I told them I had cameras and she just said have to wait boss come back. Her attitude so bad for the customer that had been service with them For 6 years.

Description of Work: I have an annual contract for Essential Pest Management to inspect my house on the inside and around the perimeter. If any termite activity is found, it is taken care of by spraying the area.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A REASONABLE JOB. THEY WERE QUITE FRIENDLY. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE. WE HAVE BEEN USING WITH THEM FOR A WHILE AND WE ARE QUITE HAPPY THE RESULTS WE ARE HAVING.
