Ernest took my phone number AND my credit card numbers down wrong and didn’t show up for appointment and when I called him and said I was disappointed he said “ I really don’t want to come at all” and I said don’t.

Ernest is great! He had to tool custom replacement parts for my grandfather clock. He cleaned and repaired the wood cabinet and personally came to my home to install the clock and make sure the calibration was correct.
