Epperson Electric went out there and showed up promptly and found a circuit breaker that was out and flipped the switch and got the lights back on. He also found another electrical problem there that needs to be taken care of in the future.

Dryer outlet had burned out. I called and got an appointment for early next day. Richard showed up as promised, completed testing the dryer and the outlet, explained what need to be done, and installed a new 240V outlet and a new cord on the dryer.

Richard is a licensed electrician. He is professional and service was prompt. His price was reasonable and it was apparent he knew his business. He did a wonderful job and was helpful when i called with a follow-up question. I will use him again for my next electrical project. He is a licensed electrician.

Richard Epperson was a professional from start to finish, He was responsive, helpful, friendly and professional. As a former assistant site superintendent for the homebuilding industry, I truly appreciated how Richard combines courteous, knowledgeable service with reasonable priciing. I would gladly use him again.

De came out to do the estimate, and handed it to me right then. We scheduled it for the following week, but I needed to reschedule to the following week. He showed up and got the work completed without issues.

Got estimates. Epperson's was half that of a major local contractor. Arranged beforehand to do the work as soon as the solar water heater installed. Mr Epperson arrived as scheduled and did the work quickly and well. I asked for a switch to turn the clock on and off(not part of the original agreement). He obliged, but, not having ordered the appropriate switch, used one he found in his truck. The next day, that switch failed to work after being turned off. He returned that same day and installed a new switch. No charge.

Look no further! This is your guy. Richard Epperson's quote came in hundreds of dollars below the others, and his work was excellent! He is very professional, helpful, and courteous. He shows up on time and works hard. He is neat in his work and does as little damage as possible, repairing it to the extent expected and cleaning up well when finished. He absolutely stuck to his original quote, which was a bargain. Richard was knowledgeable when it came to noticing a hazardous electrical panel (the company had a terrible reputation and the panel had a high failure rate) and recommended we change it out, which didn't result in any additional labor cost and therefore it seems his only concern was for reducing the chance of future electrical problems which might make our home unsafe. I will definitely call him every time I need electrical work done. I also recommend him to anyone I know who might need an electrician in the future. I'm so grateful to have found him through Angie's list, because you really don't want to find out the hard way that an electrician isn't any good. I even recommend him to people who don't currently need an electrician, just in case they do in the future. I'm so happy to have found such a qualified, easy-to-work-with electrician whose prices are amazing. You can't go wrong here.

I located the breaker on-line because the local electrical supply companies did not have it in stock and could not get it any time soon. As soon as it was delivered I called Richard Epperson and set up a time to stop by and do the work. He was punctual and efficient. Though Richard was unable to find the breaker locally, he put quite a bit of time into trying, and had an associate looking as well on a Saturday after getting the message I left late Friday night. The repair was a simple service call for him, but it was a big deal for me.

He was nice, personable, effective for what I wanted him to do and very reasonably priced.

He very thoroughly went through and found the problem. He was very upfront about the price and made sure we were getting what we paid for. He was very professional. I would recommend him and use him again. He was very nice and good to deal with.

Very well. Richard gave an estimate did the work as scheduled. We decided we wanted to do additional work which he did willingly.

Mr. Epperson had to figure out the best way to wire for the chandelier. There were 2-3 different routes he could have taken. I think he chose the most appropriate, which included notching ceiling studs for the wire to snake through. He also had to shorten the chain on the chandelier, and move an electric outlet. Overall, he did a great job!

Richard Epperson came over and solved our longstanding electrical problem in half an hour. He was prompt, responsive, and very knowledgeable. We'll call him without hesitation for any future electrical work.

This is the guy you want!!! This is the guy who knocked our socks off and impressed us with his work. Whether you are doing elemental mood lighting, important lighting for special needs, or having to do any electrical work that requires dedication and detail, this is the guy!!! We have had good electricians, and a "tract rat" type of electrician in the past, but Richard Epperson is the best we could ever hope to have. We have more work to do, and Richard is OUR guy!! You will be very, very pleased with the value for the dollar and the work that he does. Just plain outright, WOW work!
