About us

We are a small painting company that does both interior and exterior painting. We operate with a small crew, each with their own area of expertise. We are a locally owned business with wonderful references throughout Arizona. We typically do not require the use of sub-contractors, instead we offer referrals to our customers for other services outside of our area of expertise, painting and coatings. We are a small business, so when dealing with payment for services we do ask for half down and half upon completion. Our consultations, estimates (including photos), and bids are all free of charge. We will not be the cheapest, but we stand behind our work and products we use which reflects in our warranties. Although we are newly licensed, we have over 30 years experience and expertise in our field.

Services we offer

We offer interior and exterior painting, stucco painting and repair, roof coatings and repair, specialized epoxy and floor coatings. We add paint booster to all of our paints to insure color retention and longer lasting warranties. Our services also include wood work, interior and exterior, staining, painting, and caulking of existing and new wood if needed during repair.

The provider was friendly and professional but didnt think he could help me with my roof and in return recommended another roofer. I never did use his services but Engineered Paintings is friendly enough.

It was all good experience with them. They are fine. I am glad that they were able to do a multitude of things from roof repair and coating and drywall stuff so I didn't have to go to a different people. They initially gave me a quote of what it would take to treat and repair the drywall inside the house, which has been damaged. They cleaned up afterwards the work.
Description of Work: I used Engineered Painting & Coatings last year. They did a little bit of roof repair for water leaks and then they did some interior drywall treatment where I had some water damage and drywall repair.

Joe's expertise with color co-ordination was amazing!!! Instead of making your color(s) selections from paint sample cards, Joe showed us homes that he had painted in the colors we were interested in. Would not paint the new stucco until the acidic and Ph levels tested acceptable. Only top quality, engineered paints and coatings were used. HIS WARRANTY PERIOD EXCEEDS THE INDUSTRY NORM.
Description of Work: Complete re-coating of all exterior surfaces on our 2.695 sq. ft. residence. Included was roof cleaning and coating, sealing and painting of the new stucco re-coat and finish detailing. Never have I worked with such a fine group of professionals. Honesty and craftsmanship of Joe's crew was an obvious standout. Customer satisfaction was their main objective. You receive everything you pay for plus more! Outstanding service/materials warranty.
