Josh came by and ran his diagnostics. He concluded that the rods on the sides of the tub had worn and needed replacing. However, the screachy sound was likely a barring issue which is a far more costly repair. Long story short, I need a new washer. These washers nowadays only last about 5-6yrs. I asked for recommendations and he was definitely helpful. I will definitely call EMSP again if I’m in need of any appliance service. I completely understand that a service call is time/money, but I do have to say when you pay $100 only to find out you need to replace your appliance, it still hurts the pocket book. Not to mention having to shell out another few more hundred dollars for your new appliance.

Dave came out and was very friendly and knowledgable. He knew what the problem was right off and quoted a fair price. He had the part on hand and was able to get right to work. My dishwasher is 15 years old so of course there was a hiccup but Dave kept at it until it was fixed. He explained everything that was happening so I knew what was going on and what to expect. I would definitely recommend EMSP and will call again if needed.

Very knowledgeable and explained everything. Used skids to prevent floor damage when moving the refrigerator out to perform the repair. It works great now.

Ultimately, the best option was to buy a new washer. But the thing that made it nice was that he explained each option and the potential impact to my wallet. Not many people are willing to give up business to save ME money. Excellent work ethic and obviously the integrity is awesome....

It was awesome!! Very prompt, professional and most importantly honest. David could have sold me on another $300 deal replacement but having a $15 replacement key for the freezer did the trick. He also advised against trying to order parts for oven since no model number could be found. I will certainly hire them again.

Quick & Easy fortunately...others had said replace freezer door but first check was to connector in top hinge...it had loosened... not a "snap tight" design... tested power and all done. Also advised on ancient stove burner replacement.

This is a wonderful company-- very professional. I had an "emergency" with a leaking dish washer and David was able to come out that same day. In a very smart move, he asked me to shoot a photo of the dishwasher's model number so he could have parts ready on his truck for repairing the dishwasher without having to make a second trip. Another company had told me they couldn't repair the dishwasher same day because they didn't carry parts on their truck. Once David arrived he was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the dishwasher promptly. I enjoyed his courteous manner and I really like the fact this is a family business. I will definitely use this company again.

It was very smooth. Dave and Sammy came out to inspect the dishwasher, answer questions and give the bid. They charged $99 for this, which was later deducted from the final bill. They were both professional and kind, and they know the business! Dave explained the work in detail, and everything made sense to me. Hooray! They ordered the parts and arrived to complete the work about 1.5 weeks later. Dave called to make sure I was home before he arrived. And he and his assistant did the work in less time than they'd planned. The dishwasher works so well! We are very pleased! Ahhhhh, so nice to not have to hand-wash dishes. Thank you, Dave and Sammy!

Very honest, punctual and competent. Actually cost himself business by telling me one of my appliances was not worth repairing.

Our call was answered the same day. An appointment was made for the next day. David was prompt and informative, explaining the problem clearly. I needed a new part. Unfortunately for me it was an expensive part, the computer command post. Oh, well. He said it would take two days to arrive after it was ordered. He put the order in. He showed me our dryer vent hose was cracked and replaced that. He also made the suggestion that my dryer vent probably needed cleaning and told me the price ($75). We have lived in this house for 7 years and never had it cleaned, but the house is 22 years old and we didn't know if the previous owner had ever cleaned it, so when he returned to replace the part, we had him go ahead and clean it out. A huge amount of lint and dirt was removed. I am so glad we had that done. What impressed me the most about this company's service was the fact that the part arrived on Friday afternoon and I was asked if I wanted it replaced that day. I did. He arrived at 5:30 PM and didn't leave until 7:00. That is certainly above and beyond in my book. The dryer works like new.

Well, it took a little longer than I thought it would but they did a nice job. They put everything back the way they found it.

Repair was completed in one trip because the repairman brought the necessary part. We were pleased that the repairman could come one day after we called. He also noticed that we should replace our dryer vent hose and took care of that. We would definitely call EMSP Appliance Repair again.
