They accommodated my timing and picked it up and delivered in a timely manner. The rug was returned cleaned and blocked.

Service was fine.

Great! And several spots got removed that had "survived" other cleaners.

Quite well. Have used Eldon for years for carpet and upholstery. Always satisfied with their work. Once or twice tried slightly more economical service but never as satisfied as with Eldon.

Very well. Excellent cleaning job. Picked up sofa on Friday and returned it one week later as promised. Men who picked up and returned sofa were pleasant and highly professional.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Eldon Drapery, Carpets, and Upholstery. I called and spoke to a representative, asked questions, and made an appointment for a free estimate. Zach came out to our home on time and as scheduled. He gave us our estimate and took away our drapes that same day. A week later, as promised, they called and gave us an estimated time to return our drapes. Zach, came out as scheduled, rehung our curtains, and took out some wrinkles. He reattached the curtain pulley. Their seamstress even sewed up some hems that had worn out over time. OUR CURTAINS ARE LIKE NEW! I appreciate their professionalism. Zach takes great pride in his work. Eldon's exceeded my expectations. I gladly recommend Eldon Drapery, Carpets, and Upholstery.

I will never use anyone else but Eldon's! They are wonderful. The quality of their service is excellent.

We have a new sectional sofa in one of our vacation rentals, and a guest accidentally sat on an ink pen, leaving a large stain on the cushion. It didn't seem possible to remove it, but took the cushion by Eldon anyway to see if they could do anything about it. A couple days late, voila, the stain is completely removed, and there is no evidence in the nap or the fabric color that anything ever happened in the first place. This family-owned company is very professional, and has a store-front location just west of the University of Arizona, as well as their mobile service.

We were concerned about the appropriateness of some cleaning methods used by other firms, and chose Eldon's because they pretest the fabrics to determine what is safe for the fabrics. They took the pieces to their plant to do the cleaning and apply Scotchguard. The furniture was returned in six days. They were on time for the initial estimate, pick- up and delivery. They replaced all the furniture where it belonged. Everyone was very pleasant and polite, and the furniture looks great.

They do a beautiful job. They are a bit expensive but very thorough. My carpets looked great .

Two men arrived on time, verified the work to be done and promptly began the work. There were some stains, spots and matted areas which were given special care. I was very pleased with the result.

They did an excellent job and even put new pins in for me. They however do not pick up. I would definately use them again.

Two men arrived as scheduled and immediately began work. Several areas required special attention (spots from dog drool). The job was done efficiently and thoroughly and the carpet looks great.

I rolled up the carpet and took it to the store. They unloaded it, measured it and promised to have it done in 4 business days. It was done at the beginning of business on the day promised. It was wrapped in plastic to protect it during transport. They loaded it into my vehicle for me. The rug was fresh and clean when I arrived home. Everyone at the store was polite and professional.

The crew arrived on time, were friendly and courteous, did a very good job of cleaning the carpets, and also prepared an estimate for cleaning and sealing our tile/grout. I would gladly use them again.

The scheduler was courteous over the phone. I called shortly before Christmas and they were obviously busy. We agreed on a one hour window in the afternoon. Andy and Oscar arrived during the appropriate hour and went to work quickly. They were polite and industrious, moving furniture and vaccuming. They worked together well and did a very nice job. The carpet looks terrific. The stain is gone. I called Eldon Cleaning because I had a very positive experience when they cleaned my drapes previously. I will use this company again.

Excellent work and results with the carpets using enviro friendly cleaning process and chemicals. The drapes and valance were equally well done. The tech who performed the work was very professional and went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. A family business that does it right.

I called them and explained that we had a terrible huge splash of red wine on our carpet and down the side of the white chair. They came the next day. They told us to only put paper towels on it and do nothing else. They came. The first time they cleaned it looked quite good but I could still see a slight stain. They came back and cleaned the carpet again. This time I could not tell at all where the wine had been. They picked up the chair and cleaned it at the company and then delivered it when it was spotless. It took about a week. The people were very nice on the phone. The workers were very nice and professional and pleasant. They were on time.

In both cases the people from Eldon were fantastic. They were friendly and prompt. They moved the furniture adeptly. They explained why they needed to take the furniture to their facility to clean it. Both pieces of furniture have been returned to like-new condition. I am thrilled.

THE COMPANY ALWAYS SHOWS UP ON THE DATE AND TIME THAT WAS SET. AFTER THEY GET DONE CLEANING MY CARPETS THEY LOOK LIKE I JUST HAD THEM INSTALLED. I DO THINK THAT THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT GOOD QUALITY.

I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS REAL GOOD CONSIDERING ALL THE WORK THAT I HAD DONE. EVERY TIME THAT I HIRE THEM THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT TRUST ANY OTHER COMPANY WITH MY CARPETS.

THE EMPLOYEES THAT THEY SENT OUT WERE VERY CLEAN CUT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY CAREFUL. THEY WOULD CALL AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS GOING TO BE AVAILABLE.
