I left him a message and several days latter he called me back. I explained the work I needed done and my location since we live a ways out of town. He said that he would be able to get out the next day to give me an estimate and would call to let me know what time. Did not receive a call from him the next day. So I called and left a message asking what happened. A week went by with no word from him and finally he called saying that he left a message on my husband's phone ( no message ). He said he would call in a couple days to let me know when he could make it out. A couple weeks latter, still no word. I had lost my phone and was having problems with voice mail on the new phone, so i called him and asked if he had tried to call since I was having phone problems. He said he had, and he could probably make it out the next day he had to check his schedule (couldn't at the moment because he was driving), but he would call me back a little latter and confirm. Never heard from him again. I gave up... if they guy really doesn't want my business after that many tries then, i don't want him working for me. It was really unprofessional to leave me hanging that long. If he couldn't take the job, just tell me!

Their prices are a little high. We've gone through many landscapers and we have finally kept him for quite a while.

They are very thorough and very prompt. They coordinate to make sure that when they are coming I will be around so that I could give them any suggestions as to what I needed done. They always do what I ask them to and sometimes more. They planted a tree which is still growing into its 5th year now. They are very professional. I know that they come a distance to get over here because I am in the northwest part of the town and he is sort of in the southeast part of the town. But they still make it here on time. I think they are a little expensive, but I haven't had anybody for the last six or seven years except for them. Sometimes two of them come out. Most times he is here by himself and he does the whole front yard and the back yard. Though it is not a huge lot, he was very careful and he did everything that needed to be done. He is very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. He is almost like cousin types. The thing that I like about him is that I can trust him.
