They were wonderful. They did a great job. They were quick, they were clean. We loved them. We had done something different. We provided some of the items. They were very good. They were very timely. They did a good job. It looks nice. They were pretty prompt. They did an excellent job. I can't complain.

Provider said he would contact me regarding requested service. However, he never did call me!

Adam did a great job! The shower looks fantastic, updated and modern. He was very good about explaining the procedure and did a great job of working with us on making decisions on some minor small issues that came up. He was there when he said he would be and was done with the job as scheduled, and he did a great job of cleaning up after himself. I would highly recommend Adam and him company.

They did an excellent job. My only complaint is that they were not extra careful with covering carpets and floor cleaning. The finished product is beautiful!

Recently, our son and daughter-in-law had their master bathroom remodeled, NOT by Dream Big Tile Co. What was supposed to be a four week remodel ended up taking eight weeks. The general contractor was rarely at the job site. Sub-contractors showed up when they were supposed to. Or didn't. Sub-contractors stayed at the job site as long as they were supposed to. Or didn't. Their master bedroom and the surrounding areas were a disaster area for the entire length of the remodel. All-in-all, their experience was extremely unpleasant. Our experience with Dream Big, on the other hand, was 180 degrees different. From the time Adam first came to look at our job in order to provide a bid until the grout dried, he (and Dylan) were at our house every day. They do most of the work themselves and only used subs for plumbing and electric. Even the subs they used showed up on time and got their work done when it was supposed to be done. The fact that Adam was always on the job site probably had a lot to do with that. AND they cleaned up after themselves every day. They removed equipment and materials and vacuumed up the dust before they left, every day. A couple of days, they even washed the bathroom floor before leaving. Prior to beginning, Adam estimated that the job would take two weeks. After our son's and daughter-in-law's experience, we were skeptical of that estimate since our bathroom is a little bigger than theirs, but I guess showing up every day as promised pays off because the job was completed in exactly two weeks. Of course, any job like this ultimately comes down to the quality of the work. Our son and daughter-in-law ended up with a beautiful master bathroom. So did we. We got exactly what we wanted and I would compare the quality of Adam's (and Dylan's) work with anyone's. They are both extremely professional and meticulous with their work and really care about giving the customer what he wants. I would recommend Dream Big Tile without hesitation.

This project was a very anxious endeavor...we just sold a house and moved to this new home over a 2 week period. We new we had to change the flooring in the entire home. We started calling around to different contractors and from the very first conversation with Adam, we knew he was our guy! Then, he came out and gave us an estimate....we were sold...He was the right fit for us and our new home. We left on a three week vacation and gave our keys to Adam and we knew we left our home in great hands. Adam kept us up to date with the progress and sent us pictures of each days work...That gave us something to look forward to every day,, and we weren't disappointed. We got home and the work was fantastic..........we couldn't have been happier. . our home was transformed into what we had visioned. Would highly recommend Dream Big..........

The first time I met Adam was when I needed my kitchen back splash tiled. I got his name from Sierra Tile where I purchased the deco tile. I had a specific design that I created and I wanted to be sure it came out exactly as planned. It turned out just perfect and I was so pleased I decided that when I was ready to do the bathrooms I would call him for a quote. Later that year I called and asked him for an estimate on the guest bath. Although he was not the cheapest I knew that the job would be done correctly which was more important than saving a buck and not being happy with the results. I liked the idea that he was the installer, not some 'crew' sent by someone else. The shower turned out beautiful and I then I wanted the master bath completed. I had to wait (finances), but as soon as I could I called Adam again and had him tear out the shower. He built a pony wall and a bench and then tiled it all over, 9 ft. high to the ceiling. It is just stunning and it looks like a shower out of a decorators book. We used Hansgrohe fixtures, which are sleek and modern. I am thinking now that I may want to tear up my carpeting and have him tile the bedroom floors with the new plank style tiles. We'll see. One thing I know for sure I won't be disappointed when the job is done. Neither will you if you hire Dream Big Tile!

Everything went very well. I wanted one special decorative tile placed on the floor just inside the doorway, and Adam suggested carrying a similar theme through the niche. I had the decorative tiles made, and he installed them beautifully. He is very detail oriented, and is very precise. Adam and his helper, Dillon arrived promptly, were courteous, and were attentive to my questions and requests. They cleaned up the demolition mess, and when they were finished installing the tile, they did a final clean up and wiped down the tiles. Everything looked beautiful when they left. They also left the yard (where the tiles were cut) very clean. I would recommend Dream Big Tile to anyone who wants a beautiful outcome.

Wonderful experience. From first second on phone with Adam to his leaving our house 5 min ago. Professional service. Installed tile himself with his assistant. On time. Actually was able to reschedule and come in and do our floors two days early. Tile is beautiful. Way beyond our expectations. Wish we had more tile that needed to be layed so we could work with him again. Price estimate was final price of work.

An excellent experience throughout, from Adam Martinez responding to my initial enquiry within a couple of hours, through much advice on tile selection, ordering tile on our behalf and installing with expertise and precision. In the midst of the job, a problem with our floor was identified that needed attention from a specialised company but Adam knew exactly who to call and our issue was resolved. He worked around the resulting delay without drama, and completed our new tile floor with considerable care and precision - with wood plank type tile and tight grout gaps, any slight deviation from perfectly straight lines would be immediately obvious - there are none ! Highly recommend Adam, and both he and his able team mate Brett were extremely pleasant to work with - they always arrived as scheduled and communication throughout was excellent.

Adam did a great work on floor. Very accurate, clean. Even did the some additional work which we didn't discus. Always was on time or ahead of schedule.

Adam is meticulous in his work. It was an incredible experience watching a master craftsman. He enjoys his work and it shows in everything he does. When we did encounter the small problems that always crop up during these types of jobs he offered suggestions and listened carefully to our wants and needs. Adam Martinez is an artist of highest quality. His craftsmanship is excellent. He has an artists eye when setting tile and in design. His work ethic is excellent. He does what he says. He's a joy to work with. I had 4 bids from others and Adam was not the cheapest, but he was the best in design and using quality supplies. Tidiness is also a thing he is very careful with.
