Took all day, the service man could not install the part without it leaking. He called for someone to come and help, no one came ended up having to use some other type of connecting device. The bill presented was over Nine hundred dollars, the came down to the $750.00. Don't trust them. Buyer Beware!

I called a different company before them. They came and fixed a leaky tank on the toilet, and then over the weekend the toilet began leaking again. That company didn't come back out to fix the toilet. I called drainmaster, and since I had already paid another plumbing company, they offered me an excellent deal on the work. They fixed the problem, and everything went well. I would highly recommend them.

Not well. This company was hired to install a brand new toilet in a rental property. They were significantly late to their appointed service time. Once the toilet was installed, it began having overflow issues shortly after their departure. When I requested that they return to remedy the issue, they did so initially stating they would perform as a fix to their prior install. Once the work was completed, they attempted to present me with a bill for $120 reflecting their hourly service charge. I would never hire them again. The quality of their work was shoddy. Their unwillingness to back up their mistake reprehensible.

The job took 2 full days. They were all professional and did an excellent job.

It went well. They knew what they were doing and arrived promptly.

They were very professional and efficient. We had previously used another company that tried to up sale us and seemed very ametuer. They were very responsive and prompt, they showed up when they said they would. We will definitely use them again if needed.

Michael came out on a Sunday within 20 minutes of my emergency call and finished up within 45 minutes. He was great and the work was perfect.

They were professional and I would recommend them and they were knowledgeable and knew what they are doing. I think the overall experience was great and I was really impressed on how quick they came to me and offered a 30 day guarantee he explained a lot about the drain and the cleaning.

An expensive failure as described above.

Very pleased. They arrived at the stated time. Assessed the situation. Cleaned the drain at the outside pipe. Tested the drain to make sure the water flowed freely. The entire process took a little over an hour. Will use again if necessary.

We called on a Sunday morning and were told that someone would be here between 12 and 2. The plumber got here a few minutes after 12, promptly fixed the problem and was gone by 12:45.

Larry spent a lot of time ensuring it was totally cleared and that it wasn't a flapper problem. He also explained what would be necessary in the event the flapper did fail. Was on time (and sooner than we expected). Fair price & excellent service; can't ask for more than that!

We had a clogged drain line - the kitchen and laundry line. Apparently it had never been cleaned before (35 year old house). We have only been in the house 2 years but it had never worked right. The Plumber was great! He knew exactly what to do. We also had a "Macgyvered" overflow out the back, off the kitchen. He fixed that as well. He was very knowledgeable, answered all questions, was professional, courteous, etc.

They were available to fix it the day I called. They arrived on time, cleaned up any mess, were very professional. I thought it was a little pricey, but considering how fast the job got done, I really don't mind.

They answered the phone promptly even on a Sunday morning. The work was completed by early afternoon. The service person was polite, professional, and completed the work in short order. The price was fair for work on a Sunday.

WE THOUGHT THEY DID THIS IN A TIMELY FASHION, AND THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING THAT WAS PUT OUT OF PLACE TO GET TO THE PIPES. THEY WERE VERY NICE, AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THE PLUMBER HAD DONE A TERRIFIC JOB. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES BEFORE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THAT HE DOES FOR ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD SHOW UP. THEY GOT THE WORK DONE ON TIME. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS WONDERFUL. MY TOILET NO LONGER RUNS ALL THE TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE MAN THEY SENT OUT TO DO THE WORK ON OUR WATER LINE. HE WAS RUDE AND WOULDN'T ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD FOR HIM. THE PRICE WAS AWFUL.

THEY WERE GOOD ENOUGH THAT I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS. IF I EVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE, THEY WILL BE THE ONES THAT I WILL CALL.

GOOD PRICING. EXCELLENT QUALITY AND RESPONSIVENESS. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB ON ALL THREE HOUSES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM TO ANYONE.
