Darren came out to look over a leak in our roof and after his inspection, he stated the roof was in excellent condition. He found the leak and said it was not a big problem and will fix it at no charge. He had to return to the shop and get some sealant. He proceeded to fix the leak and reinforced other areas. I tried to pay him for his work, but he would not give in. He explained that he often does this and it would not be fair to others if he accepted payment from me, I kept trying to explain that his time is valuable and should be compensated for. However, he still would not accept payment or my offer to buy breakfast for both him and his wife. Darren still would not accept any form of payment, because as he put it the job was a simple and easy one. Dealing with this company was easy they treated me with respect and not once made be feel anything other than the preferred customer. Darren is truly a special individual, he cares about his customers and the quality of his work and it shows. I will be calling Darren and Dr. Roofing with all my reefing needs.

Darren and his crew went above and beyond to get my whole roof replaced, with higher quality materials than, AND worked with my insurance company to have it covered. They are expert, fast and pay attention to detail to make sure itâ s all done right!

Expect the unexpected customer service. I requested a quote for a new roof and what I got instead was advice on keeping a still functioning roof while they patched a small problem. When the time comes for a new roof, I'm definitely calling Darren!

Great job. Derrick and his team guided me through the insurance claim process and worked with my insurance company on my claim. The materials were delivered to my roof top while I was at work, and the crew showed up Saturday morning. They tore off the entire roof, made the necessary repairs, reshingled my home and detached garage, cleaned up after and were finished by 3:00. I have a great looking roof, no out of pocket expenses, no stress. Great job

WITH SO MANY ROOFERS IN TUCSON WE WERE LUCKY TO HAVE THEM ESTIMATE OUR ROOF. THEY DETERMINED IT WAS STORM DAMAGED AND WE PUT IN A CLAIM ,WHICH WAS APPROVED. IT SAVE US THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. IF YOU HAVE A ROOF THAT NEEDS HELP THEY ARE THE ONES TO CALL.H. SHAPIRO, TUCSON

I was impressed that not only did they give us a very legitimate assessment of our church roof ,which did not have enough damage for an insurance claim,but fixed the few cracks they found without charging us. Not only did they say they would do it, but they came back when they said they would. I cant get some contractors we are paying hundreds of dollars to follow through,yet they followed through with their promise, without charging the church.

The main guy, Daren, is very personable and easy to talk to. He does such a great job keeping you updated throughout the entire process, and they do great work

They are very good with communication and make sure the work is done right. They will not leave after the job is completed until they have confirmed your satisfaction.
