THEY REPLACED OUR LEACH FIELD. we heard from them the first day we requested service and came out the following morning to give an estimate. they told us to have the septic pumped first and when we told them we couldn't find anyone to do that they called a company they use and the septic was pumped that afternoon. when we found out we still needed a leach field they started the next and were there every day until the project was complete. very professional, pricing competitive. i would definitely recommend DR, DRAIN PLUMBING.

I sent them a photo of my water leak and they gave me a quote over the phone. They arrived on time as we agreed and completed work as agreed. I strongly recommend this company. Pricing is extremely fair and ultra competitive.

They came on a Sunday morning when my pipe to the house burst. They put a temporary line to the ;house to get me through the weekend. They were back Monday morning to lay a new pipe from the street to my house. Trevor and Vince knew what they were doing and finished the job in one day. They cleaned up everything probably neater than they found it. I would definitely hire them again.

It all started with a backed up bathtub and ended with an entire repipe! Our house is 70 years old and it was just time. Not only did they do the job well, it was thousands of dollars less than the other guys. I feel like Vicente went above and beyond and really listened to our needs and did his best to minimize the amount of disturbance he created along the way. He always made sure we had a working toilet and sink before leaving each day. I suggest you hire them as well! You won't regret it.

From the very beginning when I put in an inquiry with Home Advisors to hiring and completion of the job, they remained extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous! When they came out for the initial inspection, they had to delay the time a couple times due to a previous job taking longer than anticipated, however they came across town, about an hr drive, just to fulfill a promise of inspection same day. Never once rescheduled! Upon completion of inspection, they are the only company that provided a quote of cleaning and treating the roots in the pipe rather than recommending we spend more money then needed to replace the area of pipe that had roots growing through. They were very thorough when explaining to my Husband what needed to be done and answered all questions professionally providing great explanation to anything that wasn't understood. After quote was provided, they were the ONLY company to give a follow up phone call to inquire if they could be of any assistance while we determined who we were going to hire for the job! Quote/price of work was very reasonable and the work they did was excellent!! Provided before and after pictures of the work completed which wasn't a request by us however they willing provided. Overall, we are VERY SATISFIED with the job Dr. Drain Plumbing did from start to finish and we will definitely recommend to friends/family!!!

Trevor and Vicente of Dr. Drain were great in explaining exactly what needed to be done and walked me through everything to show me, including using their drain camera and locator equipment, which some companies wanted to charge me for just to give an estimate on a large job. They are a small company, so they were able to beat almost any other estimate but at the same time, they had all the necessary equipment to complete almost any task, or they would rent it. They both seemed very knowledgeable and have about 12-14 years experience between them. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner, including house drain flush, changing to new toilets, and connecting new sewer drain to existing sewer. I would certainly use them again and not hesitate to recommend them, which I already have to family.

I would highly recommend Dr Drain Plumming. Having worked for the University of Arizona for many years with lots of companies they are an excellent company. They are young with lots of experience.

Despite the scope changing drastically and adding a few things mid-project, Dr. Drain did an amazing job and stayed with my project deadline. Honest, hard-working and amazingly affordable, they had great communication. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would highly recommend them for any plumbing project, big or small.

I hired Dr. Drain to repair a leak in my main water line under my concrete driveway. They were very professional and thorough and completed the work promptly. The men were polite and clean and new what were doing.

They contacted me quickly after hours, and took care of the drain problem at a reasonable price. Also offered to camera the drain line to ensure no other problems existed. They did not create additional work and un-froze the garbage disposal for our tenant. They are on our property management preferred list now!
