We had Done Rite Services come out for a quote on some electrical work. Dustin and Diesel were professional, polite and knowledgable. They patiently answered all of my questions. I was very impressed! I definitely will be using them for all my electrical work in the future.

I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step. On February 16, 2022 Jordan Benjamin was here to give me a quote for replacing my HVAC system. He was professional, friendly, answered my questions and the price was fair. The following week, Marcos and Isaiah came to install a new system. As they were en route, I received a text, including photos of both technicians, so I would know who to expect at my door. They were on time, efficient, friendly, courteous, and professional. My old system was replaced in within five to six hours and they left my home as clean as they found it. Thank you for a great job! I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy and do a professional job. Thank You Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo and all the office staff that assisted in keeping me comfortable in my home.

Excellent- Doneritesvcs showed up on time and ready to install a ew HVAC system... day after Thanksgiving.. Rainey- windy .. on time , guided me through the process.. scheduled the crane .. all was done on time and safely... like all things when done well and “rite” we will hire them again

I lost power to 2 rooms in my house. I called Done Rite Services and within a an hour a technician was at my door. Come to find out, the addition wasn't wired properly and caused the problem. Done Rite fixed the problem and power was restored the same day. The crew was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Done Rite!

My old gaspac HVAC quit working. I searched the internet to find the highest SEER 5 ton units. I contacted several dealers and Done Rite gave me a free estimate and they had the best price. They installed the unit a couple days later and I couldn't be happier. Very professional install and answered all the questions I asked.

Done Rite Services has done many things for me for me. Fixed my AC, changed faucets and even fixed an electrical issue. They always do a great job and are very friendly, not to mention how fast and reliable they are! I won't use anyone else.
