Very well.

It didn't. I spoke to Don before Christmas and requested he come to clear a drain. He said he would call the next day to let me know when he could come. I did not hear from him. I called him when I returned home from holiday travel. He said he didn't have time later in the week, he could come right then, but would have to charge a travel fee for driving to Oro Valley although he never indicated there was a fee on our first call. And there should not be a fee to make a service call. So I hired a different plumber and there was no travel fee. I will never call Don's again.

Don spent a lot of time giving me advice, as I had a lot of questions about getting a good faucet. He is extremely patient and great at explaining things to me. He came very quickly; showed up on time, and did a great job, cleaning any mess he made. The faucet works great. I would highly recommend Don for your work. I have used him many times before. He is a plumber of integrity.

Don, was very professional. I called on Monday and asked him to contact the tenant. On Tuesday Don went over and fixed the problem promptly. Will use again.

It went better than expected! My irrigation repairman told me that my water pressure could be improved upon. My water pressure had really been horrible for a while and I was very happy to have this done so quickly and for a reasonable amount of money. He explained everything upfront before arriving, letting me know it could be fairly straight forward or involve a lot of hunting for the problem. As it turned out he was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and could get the part needed for the regulating pressure valve right away and when complete he found another rotting threaded nipple which was causing a small leak. He told me I could replace it now or watch and see if it got any worse. No pressure to spend more money, just information! I am very glad that I decided to go ahead and replace it now because it was very rotten and might have been bigger problem later! His rates were reasonable and I have recommended him to the irrigation repairman and will be happy to tell anyone else who needs plumbing service about Don.

I was very pleased with Don's work. He recommended I put some big rocks on the ground right over the pipe so the garbage trucks would avoid that spot. I got my young, muscled nephews to do that for me after Don left. I will call on Don again, I am sure.

He was prompt, efficient, no mess, etc. We are happy. we have a working faucet. The price seemed fair for work performed.

He was excellent. He just did an excellent job. It was a difficult job and the location being just underneath the tub and inside a wall. He was very methodical about getting the job done.

Easy to work with and great attitude. Don found us the best water heater replacement for a unit that was going bad and installed it with no hassles. He did a great job for us and we could not be happier. He is very easy to deal with and understands what it takes to get the job done right the first time. We would recommend his service and we do not make recommendations lightly.

He is really deserving of being on Angie's List. He's got a great attitude. He comes every time I call him, I've never had him tell me that he won't come. He never says he'll come three days from now, he can always fit me in especially in an emergency. I will absolutely use him in the future, I'd be afraid to use anyone else. He is the kind of person you build up a plumbing rapport with.

There were 2 jobs, first was repairing a leaking pipe in a slump block wall. He seemed a bit unsure, made a best guess and proceeded with my permission. He successfully completed the job in a fair amount of time. The second job was to replace shower stems and faucet seats in in a shower. He said he drove to 3 places for a kit that he ended up charging me $68.95 for which a home improvement store sells for $39.98. I know this because he didn't buy the tub overflow plate which we talked about and needed to be replaced. So the next day I went to the home improvement store and I was surprised to see the kit right next to the plate I needed to buy. He actually set it up for me to discover the dishonest practice. He had told me the kit was $70 to my face, then by not spending $8 on a tub overflow plate and installing it himself. He forced me to go to the store, get it myself, and finish the job, thereby discovering the true price of the tub remodel kit! Again, he didn't seem to know what he was doing, why did he have to drive to 3 stores? On top of that there was a slight misalignment with the divert handle that he neglected to inform me of, I found out when I went to use the shower later on. Not a big problem, but still, not professional. Overall, I wouldn't work with someone that lied to me, so I cannot recommend him to you!

The job presented many problems due to the removal of the old toilet. Don did the job expertly in a little over three hours. The work was perfect and job site left clean. Don has done various plumbing jobs for us since 1993.
