Joe and his crew are the best! He knew exactly what needed to be done and how to work with the insurance adjuster. During the process I heard horror stories from other people about their experiences with other companies and they all said I got lucky. They went above and beyond. Everything was left better than they found it and CLEAN!! Most importantly, he was reassuring, he listened and he removed the stress. He has a good caring heart and it's reflected by his crew too. If for any reason you have any problems with Joe, I am 99% sure you're the problem.

Was out of town when a pipe burst. restoration Kings of Arizona came to my property and took care of everything and I did not need to be there. Home was about a 2800 ft.² home that was totally emptied out and walls were halfway taken apart along with baseboards and some cabinets in my laundry room was a mess they took care of everything while I was gone and there was no mold after. True honest professionals would use them again to take care of any of my own properties or my clients properties.
