Disaster Prevention Services was great to work with. They first had to cut away some of the drywall in the back bedroom which got flooded along with the baseboards. Driers and heaters were put in place in this room then they had to cut the baseboards in the family/dinning room and place more driers/heaters. It took 4 1/2 days to dry the water damage areas, that probably was the only downfall of the whole job. Loud, very loud, TV volume Had to be turned up. At first it was like white noise but after the second day it was just annoying . When drying was complete and driers were removed enjoyed the silence. LOL Walls and baseboards were fixed and painted to the same color that was there before. The back bedroom had three shades of gray and they matched the color perfectly. The grouting in the family room/ dinning area matched the color of the grout used throughout the room, replaced baseboards and work was done. All the staff that worked on restoring our home back to normal we thank you. A shout out to Pete, he was one of the hardest workers cutting and replacing drywall / baseboards and painting. Very very pleased with DPS and highly recommend them. A++++++++ Business !
