We HIGHLY recommend Dinosaur Plumbing! Our sewer line was being crushed by a tree root 6-9 feet under our house's foundation. We called and got 5+ estimates. Dinosaur was by far the most thorough in identifying the issue and writing a bid for excavating under our home 6-9 ft. Unfortunately for us, we picked a cheaper plumber and they cut our sewer line and tried to charge more money, leaving us without plumbing for days. Although Bobby had tried to initially warn us of this scam, he and his team kindly came our rescue and fixed it. DINOSAUR PLUMBING WORKED PROFESSIONALLY, EFFICIENTLY, QUICKLY, SKILLFULLY, HONESTLY, AND KINDLY! Every employee was fantastic to work with. We are a first responder family, and Dinosaur Plumbing even honored our service. WE CANNOT RECOMMEND DINOSAUR PLUMBING ENOUGH! Bobby found the leak right away. He went over the estimate and my options. He fixed it right the first time just like he said.

Dinosaur plumbing came out immediately. The first thing I noticed from the technician was the preparation and attention to detail. He did not just jump right in and start doing stuff. He analyzed what he was looking at and started making assessments along the way. He was careful when taking things apart and made sure to not to leave a mess afterwards. Once we got to the root of the problem, he explained the situation and showed me exactly where the problem was occurring. At that time, he explained my options and provided me with exact numbers, even showing me online what deals I would be looking at so that I wasn’t having to research myself. Most importantly, any pricing he did show, he made sure to give me a good deal on the option I chose. He was quick to get the parts he needed and although a mistake was made on the size of the toilet that needed to be replaced, he was quick to make it right. The fix was quick and the job was done within the afternoon. The thing I liked especially about dinosaur plumbing is the follow up. He called me a week later to make sure everything was still working as it was supposed to. I was really impressed with Dinosaur plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

The problem was a partial sewer line clog in the master bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower all backing up into each other. Dinosaur Plumbing arrived very quickly, less than one hour from phone call to our door. Service was polite, knowledgeable, and professional - with the problem promptly diagnosed and completely fixed in short order.
