Trimming went well. A few weeks later sap from all the open cuts started dropping all over our yard and hardscape. I called Mike to see if anything could be done. He indicated that Burlap could be wrapped around the open cuts, but it would be at least 2 months before he could get to us. He had said before the pruning that it was likely that a systemic insecticide would be needed. We assumed he had done this. Very disappointed in the lack of service follow up.

Mike and the crew showed up at 6:15 a.m. and got to work right away. They cut back (topped) 2 eucalyptus trees that I considered to be hazards, especially during strong winds, monsoon storms, and microbursts. Each tree took them about an hour, which to me was amazing. The owner, Mike Reddick, operated the bucket truck and supervised the whole operation. Every member of his crew (5 altogether, plus Mike) worked hard from the beginning to the end of the job. Desert West left the trees exactly the way Mike and I had discussed. The hazard from both of them is gone, and I will rest much easier now when the winds get bad in any season. The crew cleaned up all debris from the toppings. You would never know they had been there once they finished. I left the price blank because Mike and I negotiated a great price, and I feel he should be able to do that with any potential customer without a precedent set by a previous customer. I had taken several estimates for this job, but I chose Desert West on a recommendation from a friend and because I felt Mike Reddick knew what he was talking about through experience during the estimate.

Pruned two trees and several shrubs. Excellent work, good cleanup. Know what they are doing. Will definitely use them again and again.

As usual, it went very well. Mike Reddick and his crew are courteous and professional. The work is done well and carefully. They clean up so well that you can't tell they have been here and are careful not to damage landscaping underneath.

They were very good. We paid $562.92 for their services. I think they could have pruned a little more, but they were concerned about the shaping of the tree which was good. They did a good job. The owner was here watching his crew and directing them. It wasn't like he just came by and went back and told them to go out with no idea of what they were doing. They weren't cheap, but maybe it was in the ballpark. It could have been cheaper considering the time. I may possibly use them again.

Very professional. Responded to my call within a day to provide me with an estimate. Had to wait about 2 weeks for opening on the schedule due to bad weather but performed service on the day scheduled and cleaned up the debris.

The owner, Mike Reddick, came out, inspected the tree and we discussed how to trim the tree. He gave me an estimate and made a couple of suggestions about feeding and insect control. I called the next day and asked when they could do the work (I got several other estimates). The crew, including Mr. Reddick, arrived as scheduled the next week. The trimmer went up in the bucket while Mr. Reddick and I walked around and around the tree making fine decisions about particular branches. The work was finished quickly, entirely to my satisfaction and the crew left few traces - maybe a little sawdust - of their work.

Excellent work. Arrived when they said they would, cleaned up afterward, and did not damage any other parts of the landscape.
