Desert Swarm Bee Removal

Called Desert Swarm Bee Removal on a Tuesday afternoon. Got a hold of them immediately. They scheduled for the next morning from 9am to noon with a call-ahead when they were on there way. They called Wednesday morning at 10:15am and arrived 15 minutes later. Took care of the issue quickly and provided me with clear instructions on how to seal the roof to prevent a re-occurrence. Greta work and very friendly. Would use again if I had another issue with bees.

Absolutely superb! The technician, Ben, took the time to explained the process and procedures thoroughly, and then quickly and efficiently went to work. We had a follow-up a week later because the bees found another way in. Ben took care of the "survivors" in quick order. Desert Swarm Bee Removal is now our go-to company for this type of service. Can't recommended them enough! PS. Ben allowed us to take a picture of him in his gear for the grand kids; they loved it. Kudos again to Ben!

After some basic research, called Desert Swarm. They came within two hours and dealt with the bees within 15 minutes. I am grateful for the solution to a potentially dangerous problem, and grateful I did not have to wait several days for an appointment!

I called to set up an appointment on May 11 and the hive was removed and everything cleaned up the next morning. Greg explained the whole process in detail and they were completed with the job in about 30 minutes. They were very professional and I would definitely hire them again if I needed bee removal in the future. When the job was finished, everything was completely cleaned up. I am extremely happy with the result. Great Job!

Called them as soon as I noticed bee activity. They came out the same day, examined the situation, explained it fully to me, and took care of it. Price seemed quite reasonable to me. Will certainly use them again and recommend them without reservation.

I then was able to contact Allison from Desert Swarm Bee Removal. Since it was later afternoon, she explained that they were so totally booked as bees were suddenly popping up everywhere, but she could get us in early on Friday. I was desperate and asked her if they could possibly get me in sooner. The next morning Greg called and said that he would be out there within the hour, but would call first. My phone's ringer didn't ring( I now know it is not working properly) so I missed his call. I immediately called him to apologize and he said no problem that our bee problem was taken care of. They sealed up all our vegas and treated all of them and around the entire house as well as both chimneys. He explained that the bees in the house would be dead within 24-48 hours, and that it would be totally safe to go in and start vacuuming by then. Luckily, I just had an army of scouts checking my place out and because they were able to take care of it so fast, we did not have to worry about a Queen and her hive settling in. I am so so so very very happy!!! They were very punctual, polite and he gave me many tips for future needs. Done, done and done for only $150.00! I was very lucky and am glad that I took the time to thoroughly check Angie's List, Yelp and BBB. Great !! Called Sunday had to leave message...we figured they'd return our call the following week ...within an hour of our Sunday call ....we received a call back and had an appointment for the next day . Greg and Benny showed up looked the situation over and gave us the run down...then they went to work sprayed the bee's and explained to us it could be a couple days for all the bee's to return back to the hive and to keep clear of the area during this time. Greg and Benny returned a couple days later and had to go through the roof to clear out the remaining dead bee's and remove the hive. They did a GREAT job....explained everything and answered all question ...told us why it was important to clear the hive out . It was a learning experience. They are so so busy at this time ...but worked us in 😊 THANK YOU !! To the whole team at Desert Swarm!

The D.S. guys were able to come on the same day I called, and I didn't have to juggle my schedule around. They removed the swarm which was about the size of a football, and it only took 10-15 minutes.

Greg, the owner, came promptly and called me when he was on his way. He worked quickly and efficiently. After he treated the hive, he plugged the hole so that any stragglers that returned would just leave. And they did! The next day there was no sign of a bee. We were highly satisfied and thought Greg was very efficient, pleasant and took the time to explain the procedure to us and answered questions.

I simply can't say enough good things about the work that Desert Swarm did. They are so friendly and helpful, and provide explanations of what is happening, what they did and why, and what to expect for the next few day. They were responsive, efficient and considerate in all respects. We've used their services three times now: Once for a hive in a tree, once for a scouting party coming in through a crack, and also for this hive that got established in our parapet wall. I had to leave a message and Allison called back within a few hours. She was lovely on the phone and we were able to schedule a day/time for Greg to come out within a day or two. Greg called before he arrived and arrived in the time frame he said he would. He was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He got right to work and explained everything he was doing and had done. He showed me where and how we could caulk to prevent future infestations. He verbally accepted my Angie's list coupon because I forgot to mention it to Allison. We scheduled a morning for him to come back and remove the hive through our roof. His schedule was booked the next day so we had to schedule a day or two later. When an opening in his schedule became available, he called to see if we were interested in the newly available day/time. Again he called when he was on his way...arrived promptly and was willing to work on the house even though we were not home. He sent pictures of the hive/honeycomb and invoice to my cell phone. He said I could call in my credit card information over the phone. SUPER easy to work with...SUPER polite, professional, prompt. I would DEFINITELY recommend Desert Swarm to friends.

On the evening of April 3, 2016, we noticed several bees buzzing around the front door area of our home. They returned the next morning. I called Desert Swarm and was able to get the last appointment available for that day. Greg came out and determined the bees were scout bees looking for a place for the hive to relocate. They were Africanized bees. Greg treated the area with a spray that discouraged the bees from relocating to that area. It did not kill the bees. Greg also caulked some areas that were prime sites for bees to settle in. Greg also treated along the front of the house at the top of the bricks where the house meets the roof. Sure enough, soon the bees were gone and have not returned. Greg also identified areas I might want to seal as the spray he used would eventually wear off and the bees may scout those areas. I took his advice and did that. Greg and Allison (who handles the office duties) were both very professional in the way they communicated and listened to my needs and concerns. If I have another issue with bees I will call them first. Allison returned my initial call within minutes of leaving a message and told we what to expect and when to expect Greg's arrival. When Greg arrived he scoped out the situation, determined the swarm had not yet moved in and we were dealing with scout bees. He then did his thing with the spray and caulking and then cleaned up. He advised me when I could expect the bees to leave and said if they didn't he would come back for another application, no charge. The bees left as he said they would.

Noticed this crazy swarm of bees over my front archway to my house. Called Desert Swarm on a Sunday evening. They called back first thing Monday morning and scheduled for 10am. Arrived on time and took care of the bees in less than a half hour. Greg and his company are excellent...almost makes me want to have more bees so I can experience the outstanding customer service. Easy to see why they are consistently rated so high.

Found a big swarm of africanized bees nesting in my tree. Greg showed up within a couple of hours after calling and removed them nasty critters. He also gave recommendations on how to keep the bees from moving into my house. Very professional and a very nice guy. Highly Recommended!!

The same day we called, Desert Swarm was out to take care of the hive. The bees and comb were removed, the cavity was stuffed with insulation to keep a hive from returning. Shed floor was patched. Desert Swarm educated us on hives and explained the entire process of removal. and prevention. We would not hesitate to call Desert Swarm again should the need arise.

This was by far my best experience with any type of service provider in the Tucson area. Greg was very responsive, informative, reassuring, professional and knowledgeable. He got right to work, solved the problem just as he described, and charged me accordingly. I could not have been happier, and have not seen a wasp since. I only wish I had called him months and months ago.

I called desert swarm Sunday afternoon of the 4th of July weekend, left a message and received a call back within 5 minutes from Greg, the owner. He scheduled me for the next afternoon. To my delight, he called the next morning and was able to arrive hours earlier. I was at work but Greg kept in constant contact throughout the day. He answered all my questions thoroughly and did a super job killing all the bees under my roof and repairing my roof. He also needed to cut through the stucco on the side of my house to pull out the rest of the nest. He said my nest was around 20 pounds. He sent me pictures of the nest and other areas of my house that needed caulking. He assessed my property for other bee problems. I will always call Greg for my bee issues and will recommend him to anyone with a bee problem. Great job!!!!
