Desert Oasis Pool and Concrete Solutions LLC

Description of Work: Bruce Noble, doing business as Desert Oasis Pools & Concrete Solutions, LLC, contracted with us to put a stained concrete surface on about 1000 sq ft of our interior floor space. We met him at Elite Crete AZ office (supplier of the staining product) to choose our color. We chose a smooth brown leather color; scheduled work to begin 9/6/11; paid 1/2 down. 9/6- no call, no show. Says he was in TX attending a medical emergency. Rescheduled a week later. Resultant floor was rough to walk on or to touch, the finish did not go to the edges of the room nor to the middle of the thresholds of doorways to other rooms. Some spots left so sharp that they cut my foot. Bruce agreed to rework the floors. His worker sanded the finish off of the middle of the kitchen, living, & dining rooms. Resultant floors were even more black then before. New sharp areas and a bright light showed where the floor had not been cleaned before it was sealed ~ no sealent stuck to the dirt. Thresholds were not fixed. 10/10/11 Bruce agreed to completely fix the floor again. It would take George no more then 2 days. Allowing for cure, I could reaccess my house on Saturday. The floors were particially sanded on that Tuesday, 10/11. No one from Bruce's company showed up to work on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. No one returned any of our 9 messages over that period. We did not hear from Bruce until Saturday morning when we told him he was no longer allowed to access our house or our property.
