He was a very busy guy, but took time out to meet with me and confirm my materials were all good. His ability to present a calm demeanor to my anxieties abut such a major upheaval stood out the most. He's a real gentleman. He's topnotch in this industry and his renovation expertise leans toward residential customers. That was precisely what I needed, so his input was very well received.
Description of Work: Ryan Norris evaluated common areas and small portion water damaged area for tear out, underlayment, and brick-set tile installation. His flexibility in working with me as a disabled consumer was exceptional. His team was available for every aspect of tis comprehensive and complex situation. Moving furnishings around into untreated areas for us, coordinating a crew to fully support us, and perfecting the project--most detailed proposal language received.

Ryan is great to work with. He is friendly and honest and works with integrity. The installation was done quickly and the work is excellent....our floor is gorgeous! I would definitely use him again.
