terrific! It took Day Star about an hour to locate where the break in the circuit was (in the wiring behind an old smoke detector). Two other Angi-highly-rated companies had failed to diagnose the problem. Day Star squeezed us in early on their schedule. The two person team was friendly, professional, and super skilled. I'm hoping to keep using Day Star for all future electrical issues that may come up. From our experience they are absolutely the very best.

Excellent experience working with Daystar Electric - they are skilled professionals, and provide excellent service. . I had a lot of work associated with a home remodel. Roger met with me to review the work and work up an estimate - he provided excellent suggestions and advice. The work was done efficiently and expertly, and with minimal disruption to drywall/ceilings. Communication was excellent throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with Daystar and I will definitely hire them again.

The technician did a great job, the lower rating had to do with paying for travel time which he got caught in traffic was an hour late then had to go to Home Depot for parts and that took another hour. They did discount for the third hour, but for a 20min job it took 3 hours. I think they need to get a little better organized. The job he did was good though.

This is a father/ son company that take pride in their work. They Operate on honesty, courtesy and are people of their word.( they come when they say). They corrected badly done work in our new home in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They listen to what you want done, discuss options and price points.

In this case I just needed an electrical outlet replaced, which on the face of it might not seem like a big deal, but I needed this outlet replaced on a certain day and time and sure enough they arrived right on time and were just super professional, friendly and were a real pleasure to welcome into my house. In fact, at one point, when we were walking outside, I ran into my next door neighbor and insisted on introducing everyone and made it a point to recommend them. Roger, Andrew, thanks for helping me out. I will be reaching out to you again.

Roger was on-time for the estimate and called when they had an opening...prompt & professional; proper outdoor GFCIs and weather-proof switch for outside ramada and new circuit & breaker

Roger and Drew were professional, punctual and did high quality work. They left the job site clean. Great care was given to installation of exterior conduit, installation of outlets, sub-panel and other work performed. We couldn't be happier and would certainly hire Day Star Electric again.

Fantastic in every respect. At the initial visit, Drew was very thorough in trying to understand the somewhat confusing wiring, asked many questions, took lots of photos and notes, and was super helpful in brainstorming options. A few days later over the phone, Roger proposed a solution, and it sounded great, and the price quoted was good and very fair. Roger and Drew spent 2 days in my house doing the project, it turned out excellent, and for a cost even lower than the quote (due to some things that just couldn't be done reasonably due to the layout of the old wiring in the house). These two guys are the best, very friendly, knowledgable, and I would (and will soon) hire them again. I highly recommend them!
