Description of Work: Painted eaves, fascia, and other exterior wood and steel surfaces of house. Dave Pennington has in the past also painted some interior rooms in my house.

Description of Work: Pennington removed old curtain hardware, repaired walls, and painted room in house used as a office. Also found and installed mini-blinds (price included in final cost above) for office and for master bedroom.
