+ 1 moreOverall, it went very well. The work was completed over a period of about 2 weeks. We were pleased with the quality of the work and the speed with which it was accomplished. Duke was congenial and great to work with.
Description of Work: General handyman repairs prior to putting my dad's house up for sale: exterior caulking, stucco repair, and paint touch up; repair/replace rotted wood beams at front entry; replace celestory window frames, replace damaged wood on garage door frame; tile front door step; refinish saltillo tile floors; landscaping work (tree/shrub trimming, replace landscape RR ties).

+ 3 moreDuke is friendly and personable. He was a joy to work with and is very handy at doing most things around the house. I purposely spread the work out over 1 weeks time. This work was done in preparation before moving into it.
Description of Work: Interior painting of 4 rooms, installation of 2 ceiling fans (replacements) and 2 light kits onto two other ceiling fans. Installed an outdoor security light and fixed 3 exterior fixtures that were not working
