Description of Work: Remove old tile and install new wood like tile.

Description of Work: Partial demo and full installation of approximately 1.3K sq ft of wood look tile throughout the entire house.

Description of Work: Tile removal - A small archway between the kitchen & livingroom areas (starting at countertop height) and the existing kiva fireplace had been tiled by the previous owner in bright tile that did not appeal to my taste

Description of Work: We had tile removed and new tile installed in 2 bathroom, hall and kitchen. In the kitchen, kick boards tiled with the same tile as the floor. It looks great. In one bath room new tub, walls tiled with nook area, shower doors installed (no have shower doors before). New granite counter top/backsplash. New sink and fixture through out. In second bathroom old shower removed and new tiled shower with nook and seat (seat yet to be installed on back order) shower doors, granite counter top/backsplash and new sink and fixture thought out.

Description of Work: For about 740 square feet of tile took almost 5 months to finish. SUPPOSE TO Remodel Bathroom paid in November 2014 fired about May 2015 for not doing the work except leaving giant hole in bathroom floor below cement slab. We stupidity paid 2\3 down with a contract and fired this company as soon as we were closed to that. We paid for bathroom floor to be tiled and it was not done. Dano took our money in November 2014 and promised to start later in December 2014 and finish In a few weeks. Fired May 2015 Most weeks if he sent people to they worked just a couple of hours and then they left to work on another work site. His employeeyes told us.that they had a lot of other jobs going on as he continued to take new jobs got paid and then strung us all along in doing work. Sent a new hired man first day on job to our home with no one from company checking on him. He told us he had just arrived in Green Valley, Az.from Los Vegas and lived in his vehicle and travel all over US(as a transient). 3 days later they fired him. Dano lied to me so many times promising workers to show up early each morning and 90% of time never happened they did not show up at all as they were working on other new jobs!!. As far as custom work his 1st worker Toby said he layed tile same way for ten years and would not lay it the way we wanted it to be layed. He was rude and demeaning to me so we asked that he never come back. In all for that small amount of tile we had 6 different people working on it. Job was not done right as grout was brown and came out white. Said our water was to blame but grout sloped on walls was brown. New kid without experience put to much water down on it then did not come back to clean haze off. We could have done a 100% better job with quality work. Next time we will. Have in your contract a Date to be finished by we learn the hard way with almost all our furniture outside for many months in AZ room.
